  Hi, I appreciate your interest to hear from new tenants residing at The Veridian Apartments. A couple of issues of concern I’ve run up against since moving in eight weeks ago and none reflect upon the management team. Several/many deliveries have questioned the location of the apartment because there aren’t any numbers posted outside the building to easily identify the apartment location. It could be resolved by simply posting the addresses number on a suitable, legible sign facing the road. Also, the washer and dryer a useless. I’ve been told by several people how these were chosen for the townhouse units. I’m not interested in hearing it again, however I am pointing it out because they were included in my overall decision to sign a lease here at The Veridian Apartments. I feel there is no interest to rectify this issue on behalf of the tenants.

  Had a wonderful experience. Mary Grace gave me the tour and she was full of great information. I have seen a lot of places here in Bend, and this is the only Place I want to live. Looking forward to applying and hoping the apartment I want will be available.

  I really love living here. The staff has been so incredibly responsive and helpful. The grounds are kept really tidy. I have every hope and intention of living here for a very long time.
