  My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Juana and her team at EXIT Realty throughout our entire home buying process. Juana always went above and beyond to guide us and facilitate our needs as first time homebuyers. My wife and I often commented to each other when Juana would respond to us after hours or on the weekends,“when does she sleep?” We couldn’t recommend Juana and her team enough.   There are plenty of wonderful relators in Bend Oregon. Unfortunately Juana Beede is NOT one of them. Juana manipulated my partner. We did not have a plan locked in place and she had no business pushing us to put our home on the market when she did. When the offer came in all she saw was green. She never cared about my families well being! Choose wisely folks. We did not have a home for our 3 children to move into after the sale of our home. The stress this caused our family was not necessary.
