  This review is for the maintenance team, Michael came over to fix some of the doors that were making a loud noise and were kind of stuck when you opened them, had him look at the spare rooms doors that weren’t flush when closed, he ordered new wheels for me and was very kind and helpful, just had Andrew come back and fix them who also fixed them in a timely manner, the maintenance team here is very effective:)

  Staying at Waterhouse has been nice, we really appreciate Micheal in maintenance for helping us resolve an issue in a timely fashion.

  This special shout out is for Mike from the maintenance team of Waterhouse apartments. He has been so nice and professional that pretty much has become part of the family and my toddler’s best friend LOL. You’re the best Mike! Keep up the amazing work!

  For years and years couldn’t seem to figure out the fly problem until the maintenance guy came over and fixed my big screen window in the living room. The screen window was extremely hard to move or at all and once he got it open a lot of flies were piled up. Flies were getting in through screen with a big gap on both sides. So got that fixed so now hopefully the MAGIC FLIES won’t get in anymore. Don’t know the maintenance guys name but about 5-6, good job!

  Maintenance has been responsive to issues when they occurred. Michael and Andy were just through earlier today to fix several issues (Two minor and one major), and Andy has previously been by when an emergency occurred late at night. I can honestly say the maintenance here has been far more responsive than the previous location I live, and it is appreciated. --- I do agree with another review that parking is less than ideal however - a large number of spots are sectioned off into covered spots that you can only park in for an extra fee for no apparent reason. There have been nights where all the nearby parking filled up and, despite having a pass to be parking near our apartment, we've had to park farther away and walk back. If the parking policy is adjusted (or the covered spots turned into normal spots), it'd be a 5/5 for me, about as good as a rented home can get.
