  Folks proceed with caution when applying for a rental at this apartment complex. They will look for any reason to deny ur application, then pocket your application fee, and blame it on a ''third party'' for the denial.

  I lived here with a boyfriend from Spring 2009 to Winter 2010, back when rent for a 1 bedroom was $525/month. I can see from photos they haven't renovated the units since then, but the clubhouse sure looks a lot nicer! So *that's* where everyone's rent has been going... as well as the suit's pockets, I'm sure. I actually enjoyed living here until about 6 months in. A large family moved into the unit below us and would absolutely BLAST the most grating mariachi music with their windows (and front door, for some reason) open all hours of the day. I'd hear neighbors laughing about it and having to explain it to visitors all the time. Management didn't care because it wasn't happening during quiet hours. They'd also violently stab at their ceiling with a broom whenever my boyfriend and I would be doing the deed (with our windows CLOSED). Not gonna time it to when they're playing mariachi, sorry. Nobody should have to go through psychological warfare where they live and something absolutely should have been done about it. They would also treat the parking lot in front of our building like their own personal driveway and casually hang out there with their kids, getting offended when people drove by, so it seems they just needed to be told about boundaries/respecting neighbors. Anyway, looks like their DVD collection has expanded quite a bit (they had maybe 50 movies when I lived here and I did end up watching all of them), and the gym and pool look nice, but I'd never consider moving back now as a single/financially independent adult after my experience.

  Don't expect any compassion for a corporate owned apt. Also they are ant infested and creaky floors. Top floor apps are hot as hell, even with an ac units and cold at article during winters. If you have full pockest, this may be for you. I asked for a walk through upon my end stay: denied. I asked for a receipt when I turned if fob and keys: denied. Asked for extenuating circumstances when I fell and cracked my head open, on their property and had to stay in the ICU for 4 days: denied. Don't waste your time.
