  Maintenance reports always taken care of in a timely manner. Very friendly maintenance and leasing office staff.

  I enjoy the apartment and grounds. The rent is reasonable. On the other hand the follow through on pretty much everything except maintenance so far hasn't been too great. The con service is a rip off. I seem to be paying for my water and sewage as well as everyone else's. $361 for 5 months is exceedingly high amount. One month garbage is $2.71 the next it almost $18.00 seems I'm being charged multiple times for a single month and I can't get anyone to explain this to me. I seem to be paying for others furniture to be carted off. The grounds keeping is awful. Instead of picking up the fallen branches, the mowing guy just mows right over them leaving the yard littered with sharp sticks everywhere. Having diabetes, this is a great problem for me as well as my neighbor who also has diabetes. It would be great if this was addressed as injury to my feet is not a good thing.
