  Before moving into Kinline, I was a little concerned about noise from the MAX trains and the nearby construction, especially since I work from home. After moving in, I can honestly say those concerns disappeared. The train noise is minimal, and the construction has not been disruptive. The leasing office team has also been fantastic. From my initial tour through move-in and beyond, they've been friendly, responsive, and quick to answer my questions. They truly made me feel welcome from day one.

  I had a wonderful experience with Kinline. After touring many apartments, this one stood out because of its beautiful new design, welcoming atmosphere, and the kindness of the leasing team. The staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made move-in day feel smooth and easy, and their attention to detail and willingness to help made such a positive impression. I truly appreciate how much they care about creating a great experience for their residents. Highly recommend!!!

  If someone ever told me to Recommend a great apartment to live in the first thing that would ever come to mind is definitely Kinline not only are the staff there is so nice and committed to making the people who live their welcome and comfortable the apartments are so beautiful and neat. The leasing office is amazing and well organized they provide a movie room, gym, pool and also a free coffee maker and not a free vending machine but hey it’s a vending machine. There are a lot of areas where u can sit down and chill not only inside but out side too ! So I give Kinline a 5 stars.

  Great team! They were super responsive to issues after move in and worked incredibly fast and communicated very well! Awesome place to stay.
