  Diana Erickson is an absolute powerhouse of a realtor. Selling my home wasn’t easy. We hit more than a few speed bumps, but Diana never lost momentum. She stayed on top of every detail, handled every challenge like a pro, and kept the process moving when it could have easily gone sideways. She was responsive, determined, knowledgeable and she was genuinely in my corner from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful. Having Diana by my side made a huge difference. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who knows her stuff and gets the job done.

  Diana has been our family’s realtor for almost twenty years now, assisted us through 8 real estate transactions over the years. We had a few other realtors before her and also have to work with others when we were looking in markets outside of Oregon. So we do have enough experiences when it comes to evaluating realtors. We would rate Diana as the best among them. She is very knowledgable, easy to work with, quick to respond to our needs. We have come to trust Diana’s professional expertise and insights, and her straightforward communication to guide us through some difficulty market conditions. We also rely on her broad network of contractors for pre or post transaction repairs or remodeling needs. I would highly recommend Diana.

  Diana was an excellent real estate agent! I've used her twice now, both for purchasing a house and for selling one. When it came to purchasing she was very knowledgeable about the Beaverton area that I was searching for a house in. She walked me through some great options, and when I was ready to put in an offer she walked me through the process step-by-step, making sure that I could negotiate effectively and focus on the important changes to make the deal successful. Everything went smoothly with her guiding me each step of the way, and I was very pleased with the house! 9 years later when it came to selling she showcased her knowledge again coming prepared with lots of research showing how the market was behaving in the months prior to my sale. She helped me identify key houses to compare against, and helped me have confidence in the value I put my house up for sale for. I thought I'd have to settle on cost before meeting with her, but with her guidance she helped me identify a sweet spot to sell at without compromising on speed to close. After her hosting an open house I was provided multiple offers and was able to accept an offer in less than a week from posting! Furthermore she was able to negotiate effectively on fixes and credits to close quickly and painlessly, all while getting excellent overall value for the house at close. She was everything I want in a real estate agent and I am recommending her to my extended family in the area for all of our future needs!
