  My tour of this place was so awful that I felt like I had to leave a review. First off, I called the office to schedule a tour for a Sunday, the office person scheduled me for a 10:15 AM appointment. The day comes and I go there and there’s nobody there. I called twice and left a voicemail with no answer. This is because they aren’t actually open till 12 PM on Sundays so I don’t know why they scheduled me and my fiancé for 10:15 AM. I called again twice around 12 PM to see if I could tour the place and they didn’t answer, so me and my fiancé drove over to see if we could get our tour. I met with a lady who let me know that she was 30 mins late to coming in, and that she doesn’t usually work at this apartment complex normally and was just cover, and the reason I got mis-scheduled is because they have had people covering the office that didn’t communicate well. We toured a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and a 2 bed 2 bath. The 2 bed 1 bath was a model unit that upon walking in, it smelled like cigarettes. They told me that they can’t really do anything about people smoking in the apartments. When walking to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, there were tons of trash bags in front of all the apartments. I asked about this, and they said they have a Valet garbage pick up and they haven’t been picking it up because of the holidays. It made the place look awful and sketchy. The person giving the tour kept getting lost, we literally had to point out how to get back to the leasing office, and at the person also attempted to convince us to tour a different apartment complex that she shared that she use to work for. The layout of both apartments was nice but not work how awful the management and the property is.

  The supervisor Adrian made sure everything was taken care of. He is very polite and willing to listen. The crew did a great job.

  Very poor upkeep on the community. Weekly trash pile up is a regular thing and takes a long time to get taken care of. The picture provided is very mild compared to 2 weeks ago. Since moving in, there has been fruit flies (black w/ orange bottom) and drain flies running rampant along with ants. Maintenance is severely understaffed so maintenance requests do not get taken care of until way later. We got the landlord special with bugs and a pen painted into the wall. Also, if you leave your bikes out on your porch, they will get stolen so lock them up! We lost a bike here. Rent is being raised here, and I will not be staying due to the poor quality of living. This place is not worth the raise in rent.
