  Wish I could give negative stars. Check all the recent comments on Google if anybody would like to know about their service. They manage HOA for our Bothell community and we have worst experience so far. After multiple meetings, and hundreds of requests, they kept charging unnecessary fines for simple issues and do not take into any consideration on things that owners request. I would highly NOT recommend this company.

  It was fine until our HOA fees were raised to $624 and slapped with a $10,000 special assessment to "replenish funds" for roofing/painting that we've received no communication on. This HOA is genuinely going to bankrupt me.

  This is the most unresponsive, unreliable and least professional company that I have ever had to deal with. While we are promised to get a response in 24-48 hours, we don't. And most of the time we don't get a response at all! They failed to let us know that the yard company had merged and we were not serviced for a month. When we had a walk through, we were once again promised what was not delivered consistently. Last week we again had no lawn service. Don't bother calling them. It doesn't matter anyway because the people you need to speak with are unavailable. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  Blue Mountain is the 2nd HOA management company I have worked with. I have found them to be much more responsive and caring then the other company was. However, with community management there are a lot of areas of disconnect between the residents and the HOA management and Blue Mountain suffers from those as well. Working with them the last 3 years, I feel they are willing to try to meet residents 1/2 way which is a lot more than others I know of have done.

  Doesn’t answer the phone. Does return calls. Email provided bounced. If you have an HOA best to find another company.
