  They will target tenants and make up fake infractions while not enforcing infractions on other tenants. The day to day hypocrisy and constant harassement from them is wild. The true definition of Karens. Avoid any and all blue mountain management if you can.

  A Car took out the main cement wall in Nov. 2025. Insurance money came in Feb. 2026. All documented. Fast forward to June 2026 and we still don't have a fence and very poor communication. This is completely unacceptable. Would you live this way when paying a mortgage and HOA every month. We have tried and as you can see, we waited a long time before deciding to post. You can see what it looks like with the wall and what it looks like now.

  Very negative experience. The HOA refuses to assist homeowners over the phone and requires a request to be submitted electronically. This becomes an issue when the HOA takes over a month to respond or simply does not respond. Blue mountain will also hold things like parking passes and key fobs hostage until unrelated documentation is submitted for separate issues. I completely fail to see how this is a service to the Homeowner as every experience I have had has been a burden. Not to mention the ridiculous rates I pay to have my quality of life decreased. Would not recommend this company.

  These guys are pretty useless. Slow to respond if at all. Complete crap app and payment systems. Fee for even paying with bank account.

  Poor costumer relations. They don’t have live person to answer concerns or questions. Not trustworthy management company.
