- DGDesiree GregoryMay 11, 20265.0I lived at Timber Ridge for 4 years and truly loved it. I will say I did live on the third floor and can not speak for how loud it can be for someone walking above. But they kept the common area clean, did lots of events, and was just an overall great area to live in. My neighbors were quiet. Sometimes you can hear things from other apartments but I think that’s to be expected when living in an apartment. Maintenance people were quick with my requests when things needed fixed. Honestly no complaints and I got practically my whole deposit back when I left.

We rented at Timberridge Place Apartments for nearly 5 years with no late payments, no complaints, and almost no maintenance needs. The apartment itself was fine, responsive to maintainance requests, and the common areas consistantly well maintained. Living here long-term was manageable, but the move-out process, one way communication, and handling of charges have made this an unnecessarily stressful and costly experience.
