  Currently on my second lease. 0/10, do not recommend. I used to love living here, but my experience during my second lease has been completely different. The trash situation has been an ongoing issue, the hot tub is routinely cold, and the pool has not been maintained the way it was during my first lease. Residents often end up removing debris themselves. We also had an incident involving a non-resident who gained access to the pool area and approached my child. Police were contacted, and management was notified. I was told residents were not notified because management did not want to cause a “panic.” I also requested an additional accessible parking space and never received one. Apparently one accessible parking permit holder per building is enough. After two leases here, the difference between my first experience and my current one is disappointing. If you have a child with autism or another disability, I would strongly encourage you to ask management very specific questions about how disability-related behaviors and reasonable-accommodation requests are handled before signing a lease.

  Apartments are great but the pools smell like pee and there's always wasps in the water of hovering the pool and it's super annoying because I got stung by one so please fix the problem.

  My brother and I just moved in! So far we have had a great experience with moving in and the staff has been so friendly and extremely helpful! Kristen is our go to person with all of our questions and she is quick to help us with all of our needs!

  Kristen made our experience so much better. She made sure we were well taken care of and was available throughout multiple days for our questions. Also the location is beautiful. Well kept and a very tropical vibe you don't see a lot of in Tulsa. Shout-out to Mr. Old School who works on keeping the ground so gorgeous. Cox Internet is straightforward enough to install. Some heads up to future residents: - check to make sure you're able to install the modem properly. Some of the coaxial outlets are painted over. But we found one that worked. - The pool is open pretty generously, except on Mondays. - The computer lab is not really the best place to work. Recommend going to a local library.
