  WOW! I had the pleasure of meeting with Kristen to look for an apartment. She was very patient as I had a lot of questions, as you should when moving to a new area of town. Once everything was answered to my satisfaction she gave me a tour of the grounds. It was a great time just talking with this lovely lady in the office, but the tour was something else entirely. I always appreciate good landscaping, and although this wasn't the best I have ever seen, it wasn't anything to scoff at. The pool looked fresh and inviting. Unfortunately I have to wait to use it until I move in. They even have a tanning room, which I have never been shown in an apartment complex before. I may not get much use out of it, but I'm sure it's a great drawing point for people who will. Concluding the tour Kristen and I made our way back to her office where she laid out the full process for me. She made sure every step was covered and that I fully understood what would be required of me. I've got a few other things to get taken care of first, but I will for sure be getting an application in here as soon as possible!

  The office has a new girl working named Meagan - she’s very nice, helpful, polite, courteous, and funny. Everyone on staff is great!

  I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The biggest issue is the complete lack of enforcement when it comes to resident disturbances. Nearly every weekend there are parties that become loud and out of control involving numerous physcial altercations, often lasting until early morning. Multiple calls to the security company have resulted in little to no assistance, with security frequently stating they are "too busy" to respond. The leasing office is aware of these ongoing issues but has failed to provide any meaningful solutions. Security and access control are also major concerns. The entrance gates have never functioned properly during my time here. Because the gates remain open or broken, people can come and go at all hours. At one point, a homeless individual was sleeping in the outdoor lanai area nightly for almost a week. The broken gates have also contributed to another ongoing problem: the trash compactor area has become a dumping ground for moving trucks and non-residents. Overflowing trash and large discarded items are common sights, making the property look neglected. Amenities are another disappointment. The hot tub has been out of service for at least two summers. Management always seems to have an excuse for why it isn't working, but there is never a permanent solution or timeline for repair. Overall, management appears much better at explaining problems than fixing them. Residents deserve a safe, quiet, and well-maintained community, and unfortunately this property consistently falls short of those expectations. UPDATE: Instead of repairing Gate 2, you now just cant get in at all bc why make them operable! Hot tub still isnt working. Pool is disgusting and green. The solution to not cleaning the pool is to lock both gates without any communication to residents so now we have wasted steaks bc we cant grill. So frustrating!!!
