  Been living here since October. Management is great. Korvin with maintenance did a great job helping up with the issues we needed fixed and he got it done quickly! Love the environment here.

  Its a decent apartment complex for what you pay. They will be asking to come into your apartment every 2-3 months for pest control or maintenance testing. The worst part of the complex are the other tenants with dogs. Do NOT get an apartment by the dog park. People take their dogs out there and let them bark from 6am till 11pm the worst offenders are a white shepherd and a corgi. They go out and bark every night around 9-9:30pm. The complex sees it as a non-issue so light sleepers or young families beware! The office and maintenance staff are great. They have always been helpful and nice the entire time.

  Roach infested, smelled like dog pee often, and last minute notices when they needed to get into the apartment.

  Nice friendly community nestled right on South Riverside drive. River trail minutes from your door for outdoor enjoyment. Close to everything but not TOO close. Attentive community driven warm and welcoming management. Great floor plans and a beautiful pool. Come call Riverside Park home, it's time.

  Laura Bruner the property manager was very nice and her apartment complex is very well maintained. I recommend this place.
