  I have been meaning to post a review for quite some time but failed. Angie, Summer, Tammy & Stephanie are great people to work with! They are very attentive and professional. They have one of the hardest working maintenance staff I have ever seen, and I have been in the industry for 20 years! Gaines, you have a great management & maintenance staff here, please continue to appreciate and reward them!

  As a delivery driver, this is one of those complexes that there are numbering does not make sense. Each building has two breezeways, yet they put the numbers for all the units over each breezeway, rather than just the units in that particular breezeway. Therefore, it makes finding the units extremely difficult, especially if it's on the third floor!

  I recently moved in. When I called, I spoke to Angie and she was so kind. She didn't pressure me to move in. One thing I noticed is she didn't put me on hold to wait for one of her leasers, she listened to me and explained everything. My move in process took less than a week and a half. I worked with Stephanie and she was amazing through all my questions (which was a million and one) and she never waivered, she kept her excitement and kindness through it all!!! We love it here! My son and I feel at HOME here! It is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance came and fixed minor things. When we toured, I noticed a wasp nest on the patio and mentioned it to Stephanie...needless to say, that nest was gone by move in day! The dryer was not drying and maintenance came and fixed it the same day. He COMPLETELY fixed it, not just a short remedy to hurry up and move on to the next apartment. Come in and meet the staff and find your next place to call HOME!!

  The staff were very lovely and the cleaning lady was super dedicated to cleaning the apartments, a very good person

  If I could give 10 stars, I would! These ladies are amazing. The first experience we had with them was back in February. Tammie gave us a tour. She was super sweet and down to earth. Our timing was not right so we did not end up getting an apartment. We went back today and Anita helped us get into one. She was extremely helpful and super sweet. She even walked us through the application. I highly recommend The Remington.
