When she bought the house she had noticed things that were wrong with the house and she was told it would be fixed. Then comes the day the house got delivered and there was more damage done to the house due to transportation. Chairs were thrown into the walls, the roof had cracks, the ceiling looked like it was lifting, it took them a year to get her a handle for her front door the screen door does not close. They have came out a handful of times and yet everything is still the same if not worse. They claim it is up to the homeowner to fix all of the damage they have done. They gave her a weathered door that has cracks all through it and the rubber is falling off the bottom of it. We have tried to ask them to come out and fix the problems THEY HAVE CAUSED!! They have left this house worse off than it was before. The lady over the phone was very rude and claims it is not there problem and that we have to fix there mess. This company is completely atrocious, I would recommend thinking really hard before buying a house from here, or go somewhere else because they are not worth the hassle.
