- VCVivienne Cardenas1 day ago1.0Im sure its a nice property, however when we arrived for our tour the manager very visibly judged us. She made several comments about our income, our rental history, and credit insinuating that we could not afford or get approved to live here. My wife is a licensed therapist and I own a business. I will happily take my money elsewhere
- JNJonathan Nguyen3 days ago1.0They will tow you even tho they have no parking space for you, and they will charge you everything they can even if you walk in it with them and they even say you’ll prolly get your deposit back cus it looks good in here but end up taking the deposit plus charge you more after you move. This place is a scam

Office staff can make or break an experience with an apartment complex, and this staff is definitely top tier!

The community is also pretty quiet, which I really appreciate. The office staff are always friendly, kind, attentive, and willing to help whenever you need something. Maintenance is another big plus—they respond in a timely manner and take care of issues quickly. The pool area is especially nice and is always clean and well-maintained. The playground is on the smaller side, but it’s still a nice amenity for families. My biggest complaint would be the parking. There simply isn’t enough parking at times, and the dumpster situation. It can definitely be frustrating for residents. Overall, though, I’ve had a positive experience at Estancia. Between the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, well-maintained amenities, and responsive maintenance team, it’s a great place to call home.

The management lady’s are just very helpful and wonderful every time we need something or have a problem! I would recommend these apartments!!
