  Don't buy a home from these people. We bought one about 4 years ago and have had nothing but issues since then. The homes themselves are good but their make-ready techs are terrible. Our insulation wasn't put up properly causing mice to invade, multiple areas weren't sealed causing water leaks and damage into our house, improper plumbing done(our shower wasn't glued and came apart, no signs of PVC glueing ever done, under our shower floor was never insulated causing freezing issues and temperature issues, also our shower door was not sealed so it had a small leak that became bigger until I sealed it) When I complained about some of these issues within the first year, which was our contract agreement, they sent people out multiple times with incorrect parts and never followed through. The insulation bagging was ripped and fell over the first 2 years and I didn't even see it until I had to go under the house and repair the other bathrooms plumbing which had a big leak. The floor in front of our door had such a bad leak that it destroyed the floor causing me to replace it. I took out the trim and could see daylight to the other side showing they had never sealed it properly. If I had better documented these issues I would have just sued them but working 55+ hour work weeks and repairing this house I had trouble keeping up. This amoung other issues makes me wish I had either had the house inspected thoroughly after they told me the house was ready or hadn't bought from them at all. I'm now looking at a very expensive insulation repair that I'm not sure we can afford. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

  Great place to buy a home. From our salesman David ( who didn’t pressure us at all) to Tom who walked us through our home and listen to our concerns. This was a great experience! Definitely would recommend to our family and friends who are looking for a home.
