  Stayed here in an RV for a couple of months while traveling through. I do not think I would ever come back I can tell you that, place is not overly well kept the grass is overgrown, some really rough older RVs here that look like they should be removed at this point but people are still living in them... Constant water shut-offs you never know when you're going to have water and when you're not I think it happened about seven times in just one month. Management it's hit or miss if they're having a good day or not.. and good luck getting a hold to someone on the weekends or if you have an emergency You're just out here on your own good luck lol. Nothing was stolen while I was here but I did keep things very locked up here compared to other places I've saved. And the price for what you get here very high!

  Office ladies are brutally mean and dont know anything. Maintenance is incompetent. Imagine your lease ending and having to give a 60 day notice? My trailer is falling off the foundation. Im getting complaints but they dont what they are. Its 500 dollars to replace locks. 100 to get a mail lock. They are withholding my VA prescriptions. The main office lady made a comment a out me divorcing my cheating ex. People get berated out here. My neighbors have almost put hands on her. Don't come here. It makes sense why inspire communities is getting sued in other states. I have a protected income and an attorney. Try me.

  Most staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighbors have been the absolute best part of our stay. Assistant managers attitude, kindness and helpfulness depends on the day. Would of loved to become full time tenant but she has single handedly changed our mind.

  I absolutely love Cherry Hill Mobile Park....the aura and atmosphere of the area is very positive and great people within the park which makes a safe and secure feeling for you and your Family. Positive people are your surroundings. Blessings and Namaste. Sincerely Jonesy.

  Really nice park with good amenities. They're WiFi is too slow to do anything with but the pool is nice, so is the room in the clubhouse. Wish they had longer office hours though.
