  Great, absolutely. We r just getting into the idea of buying a home so I figured why not check out a trailer. The lady that helped us was super, just flat out super. If thats what your looking for, talk to Candy, she's the best!

  3 stars! Upon purchasing my home I was required to sign a 5 year lease stating I would leave the house in the park! Signing a 5 year lease should mean lot rent stays the same. Year 1 it went up 30 dollars, year 2 now up 45 dollars. A few bucks is understandable but now it’s 75 in 2 years not to mention working outside all day covered in sweat and mud to come home to the water off is frustrating as hell. No issues with the office ladies Mrs Cheryl is amazing and I understand they don’t control the prices but if prices are going to continue to rise as is can we get some complimentary poop bags for the dogs, can the front gates work so the homeless quit roaming picking cars at night, I see no new amenities for owners as prices rise. There’s over 150 houses in here at 650 a lot that’s over 100k rev in a month. I’m sure we can get some complimentary poop bags and the gates to work with the rate new houses are coming in.

  Stayed here in an RV for a couple of months while traveling through. I do not think I would ever come back I can tell you that, place is not overly well kept the grass is overgrown, some really rough older RVs here that look like they should be removed at this point but people are still living in them... Constant water shut-offs you never know when you're going to have water and when you're not I think it happened about seven times in just one month. Management it's hit or miss if they're having a good day or not.. and good luck getting a hold to someone on the weekends or if you have an emergency You're just out here on your own good luck lol. Nothing was stolen while I was here but I did keep things very locked up here compared to other places I've saved. And the price for what you get here very high!

  Most staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighbors have been the absolute best part of our stay. Assistant managers attitude, kindness and helpfulness depends on the day. Would of loved to become full time tenant but she has single handedly changed our mind.

  I absolutely love Cherry Hill Mobile Park....the aura and atmosphere of the area is very positive and great people within the park which makes a safe and secure feeling for you and your Family. Positive people are your surroundings. Blessings and Namaste. Sincerely Jonesy.
