  I really hate to leave a bad review anywhere but I honestly fear for people's safety if I don't. I have gotten a hold of the health department uploaded photos to action of Shawnee portal and sent in registered letters and everything to terminate my lease early. This apartment complex was the worst experience of my whole entire life!! At first it seems fine there's new floors it's freshly painted although the appliances were not up to date which would be fine if you didn't notice how poorly maintained they are as time goes by. It seems like for the price you can make it work. But then water starts pouring in through your windows and the roof. And this is not a problem that they've had in one apartment it is multiple apartments they have this problem in. But to be absolutely fair I want to speak about apartment 1208 definitely do not accept that apartment or any within that building!!!! Even if they fix the windows the mold in that place is so extremely bad. It didn't just kind of rain into the windows it literally poured through the Windows rainwater running down into electrical outlets and they let it go for MONTHS! From March until being of June. Maintenance man kept putting the maintenance request I put in on hold after coming and looking at it telling me he had to order stuff. Then the way they attempted to fix it was very very poorly done. All they did was go in and put spray foam into the window and after that it was still pouring rain through the Windows and into electrical outlets. It is absolutely not a safe environment and is 100% uninhabitable. There's definitely a problem brown recluse infestation. Had seen them multiple times during the day which is very uncommon for those types of spiders. On top of that the downstairs neighbors smoke inside their apartment and one night literally caught the apartment on fire from smoking with the cigarette. I know this because the apartment walls and flooring is paper thin and you can hear everything they're saying and trying to stomp out the fire while smoke detector are going off. I sincerely urge anyone that's looking for an apartment to please look elsewhere literally anywhere else I'm not expecting anywhere to be perfect but this place is a literal hazard and a nightmare I cannot express that enough. They don't even spray for bugs anymore they sprayed for the first couple months I was there and then completely stopped. We started seeing roaches along with spiders

  This has been the smoothest transition into an apartment complex for me! Trisha Storey is absolutely the most caring, amazing part of THIS community! She will treat you RIGHT! Highly recommend!
