  I lived @ Cypress Point @ 1 time! I felt like that was the Worse place any 1 could live @! I had a Neighbor that put Feces on my door because I complained about the smell when he rubbed Feces on my other Neighbors door! I was told by the landlord after the Maintenance came over & cleaned it up once, that I would have to clean my door & the door knob from there on out! Or deal with the smell! I was told by the Cops to let the landlord know what the Neighbor was doing when the landlord told me to call the Cops like playing tag your it! I was asked how did I know this Neighbor did this! He already told me he was doing this to 1 of the other Neighbors & I seen through the peep hole this guy walking away from my door & I opened it & seen Feces on it! This guy would Spit on the door! He spit on my head since he lived up stairs & seen me outside! Once he threw something inappropriate in front of my door! He threw eggs off the Stair balcony. He threw Ketchup Gatorade @ my door! & Threw a recliner off the Staircase because he heard me talking to another 1 of my Neighbors! In the Pictures shows that Chair! When he threw it off the balcony it could had caused serious damage! He spray Painted my Neighbors door the 1 he Tormented the 1 that lived above me! He lived across him! He chased that Neighbor with a bat, he flatten his tires & keyed his vehicle! & this same landlord would never fix that Neighbors air conditioner during the Summer! The 1 that was being treated badly by the Nightmare Neighbor! That Poor excuse of a Landlord got angry when he had to leave from that abusive Situation we dealt with! The 1 Neighbor that tormented us was the worse Neighbor & the Landlord was the worse!! My BP got extremely high because of this 1 Neighbor! This Landlord & the Supervisor who was this Landlord's cousin is what i was told since I was on a Lease I had to deal with it! Once this Landlord claimed we weren't letting the Pest Control to enter our apartments so this Landlord started charging whatever she wanted. I received a bill of $88.00 when it was supposed to be No more then $30.00! & I had let the Pest Control in! Which the horrible Neighbor we had wouldn't let the Pest Control in saying he constantly had COVID! & Spit on every 1 & everything. I was told after my Dad had passed away by the Landlord to send a Message to Nova & this was around the time over the COVID outbreak. I was hit with COVID & placed the Keys everything in a envelope in the drop off box I sprayed it with Lysol! To keep everyone from getting COVID! Now the Landlord claiming I never notified her "OR" Nova over the Move which I did! She placed a bill, & get this it ended upon my credit Score this Month from what I recently seen! I know she talked about it B4! & I had told her she Falsely Accuse me not letting them know of my Move!! I left that Nightmare place in 2021! Drugs embezzlement took place there @ Cypress Point! & @ that time the Landlord's boyfriend was arrested I was told over the drugs & the tenants were being told the extra charges was to bail this boyfriend out of jail! That 1 Neighbor was going back & forth to California & Oklahoma every other month I was told over drugs! Rather true "OR" not I don't know! that Landlord was Friends with the Dad I do know that! This guy abandoned Cats & threw Feces & litter around as well! I wouldn't advise any 1 to move there if you want to keep your Sanity! I do have more Pictures that shows Proof! But I don't think there would be enough room here to Post them all! All of this from my own experience I post is all true! Now based over a few of the things is based over information that I was told by other tenants & their own experiences there! I felt like we were forced to Pay to Stay just so we could be Abused! No amount of Money was Worth it @ all!!

  Just moved in, was hoping to make a good review, but I can't. When we moved in there was several things missing/wrong with the apartment. One major thing was the shower did not work. The day we moved in the maintenance guy came to fix the bathroom stuff including the shower, he said he fixed everthing but the shower, he would be right back needed a part. He never came back. Over the weekend they close the work order saying everything was fixed. That following monday I opened another one stating the shower was never fixed and contacted them. Went a couple more days, trying to contact them everyday but went to a full voice mail. Finally got ahold of a manager on wednesday and he apologized said they would be there in the morning 1st thing to fix it. Nobody showed up and again nobody in the office. Now i'm a week with no shower and I can't simply take a bath cause I have a broken leg. Not a good start. Edit: This is the worst apartment experience ever, they are adding fees, when they would deducting them, the shower was never was fixed, this is horrible. I need a lawyer.

  The fact all the reviews are gone is shady asf. but i lived here for roughly 3 years and it was genuine hell. mold, bugs, even mice were frequent. the neighbors were all tweaked out and constantly arguing as well as the walls between building being paper thin. you could hear a conversation happening in the neighboring apartments if you really tried. Not to mention the workers and service was absolutely deplorable. Janie, (the only 5 star review) acts like EVERYTHING is such a huge inconvenience and it seems like she just hates everyone and hates life. that’s fine; don’t work at an apartment complex. There’s absolutely nothing good to say about these apartments so please don’t consider living here.

  Not sure where all the reviews for this place went, but I loved here for almost 2 years and it was genuinely horrible, apartments are fine (except the mold and bugs) but the management treats everyone like they're bothering her. Janie, the one five star review, is the manager and she seemingly just hates doing her job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, sketchy as hell that all the reviews are gone. Nova is a sketchy company, tried to get in contact with higher ups and no one answered any phone calls.
