If I could a more negative star rating I WOULD‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ They simply never answer the office phone. They never get to reported pairs after one notice. You have to CONSTANTLY call the office line just to get an answer. I currently have 2 large holes in different parts of my apt that they are still yet to send someone to repair the dry way on my ceilings. This apartment complex is completely SHIT‼️‼️‼️‼️ There’s trash always everywhere. Pools never been open but once and I’ve been for years. DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have lived in these apartments for less than a year, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Moving in was a hot mess because no one answered the phone, and no one was ever in the office. That should have been my first red flag. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. My AC went out about four weeks ago, and I have repeatedly been told that I would receive a window unit. I have gone to the office at least eight different times and received the exact same response every single time: “We’ll bring you a window unit.” Nothing ever happens. No communication. No follow-up. At this point, it honestly feels like nobody there is actually working or taking responsibility. I have spoken with other tenants, and many of them say the same thing. What makes it worse is that before moving in, I specifically asked about these issues and was assured they had been fixed. Unfortunately, almost nothing this apartment complex says has turned out to be accurate. The staff is constantly changing. There is no available emergency maintenance number, and you cannot even leave a maintenance request unless you speak to the office personally — and even then, nothing gets done. Another major issue is the lack of supervision and safety around the property. Children are constantly running around unsupervised. Trash is frequently left everywhere, and there seems to be very little enforcement of rules or concern for the condition of the complex. Recently, a group of kids attempted to start a fire underneath my apartment building, which was honestly alarming. To my knowledge, nothing was done about it. Situations like that should be taken seriously, especially in a community where families live. So my advice is this: if you decide to move here, be prepared to handle your own maintenance issues, deal with constant frustration, and hope your neighbors supervise their children better than management supervises this property. UPDATE: Updating my previous review because I feel like residents should know what the communication process has been like. I have gone to the office multiple times regarding the ongoing AC issues in my apartment. I have spoken with several different employees, including Sarah and some of the men in the office, about both the air conditioning situation and my account balance. I was previously told that late fees would be removed and my balance corrected, but when I went to make the payment, nothing had been updated. Today, I went back again regarding both the balance and trying to get a window unit because of the AC situation, only to be told there were no notes on my account and to come back again in three hours. What’s also interesting is that many reviews here receive responses asking residents to email management so issues can be resolved. My review regarding the AC situation received only a heart emoji response. At this point, I’m simply documenting my experience and the lack of consistent communication I’ve personally dealt with. 6/1/26 : UPDATE: Maintenance came out and fixed the air conditioning issue. It ended up being a connector issue and the AC is now running and cooling again. I do want to acknowledge that, because I believe in giving updates when things are addressed. I’m leaving my original concerns up because the process and communication were still frustrating, but I also want to be fair and say that the maintenance technician did resolve the issue and I can feel a noticeable difference in the apartment now.

Alarmed to read several applicants housing benefits put into jeopardy in what I must agree looks too much like an application fee scam..after forestcreek never handed in scheduling request to sec8 several weeks, I had to request it of them to sub myself; losing nearly a month waiting unhoused, because of their own behavior.come lease sign appt day/inspection, mgr did NOT get apt ready to pass, but also walked OUT of office at precise time of appt, locking us in lobby, causing sec8 rep to drive off..called on cell she returned, failed the unit due to FC inactions, then lied to rep stating "we will move them in early"(truck cost ticking, full of furniture). Soon as rep left, mgr made no sense next, "we can move you in early prorating the rent" but "it will be full market price(we agreed)..then "head mgr said no" why? "because it's sec8. Whole time, sec8 office believed we were moved in. Then told, three days later, rep was going to fit us in--per FC mgr. Rep was unaware and office lied. Lastly called rep myself, informed of truth going on, she DID fit us in die to my own call. Next--moved in: mailbox door already ripped off,did a hold mail PO..waiver given for two items STILL not done by mgr..six weeks now STILL never fixed never subbed pix as required to housing auth. Jeopardizing lease now, seems purposeful. Without ac now SIX WEEKS waiting for window unit IGNORED. Promises all no show, lip service visits not repairs. Mail being returned to housing auth, alarmed them, called me, yes still live here .told of noncompliant landlord overdue waiver pix never sent. Mgr made appt to come next day to my apt. She no showed zero phonecall or communication. Apt mildew ridden vents vacant 3 years from flood damage. Mailbox door still unfixed 6wks. Offered to give somebody else's mailbox to us with wrong addy, shady, no thx. Seems like an app fee scam free money pretend comedy of errors possibly fraud. Mgr tone ok to breathe mildew vent ducts, I'm picky?? Black lung is serious risk. Chase tenant, more app fees, no repair bill, more likely. collect 300 more from next unsuspecting applicant. Orchestrated scenario is becoming very clear. If they don't play by sec8 rules, they should be out of the tax credit program..clerical error just doesn't fly here as believable. Mgrs instead seem legally offensive and poking to goad tenant away. Good at playing dumbbin office, but sorry, my IQ is 180. Apt came with petrified, dead baby rat in lower kitchen cabinet. Caulked as much as I could afford where door jams reeked of interior wall mildew smell. Unappreciative so gotta be a fee scam. Never late with rent. Update 6/30/2026 Now at 3MONths no AC no window unit and two ER trips for severe dehydration from sweating, nearing stroke. Heatwave temps 84 at night despite 70 outdoors. BBQ smoke below like harassment by Cohen akin owners.lies over and over from staff.

I lived here from the time I was almost 4 years old, to the time I was a little over 13 years old. It was years ago. When I lived there, I remember having a few friends. I would go down to the creek and play. I would roll down the hill. Snowy days were best for that. We had a nice porch with a nice view. Parking was close to the apartment. We lived on the second floor. Neighbors were likely druggies but I won't judge. I don't know what they were going through. We had a two bedroom apartment. Nice place. We had 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer. It was a decent apartment. As far as I can remember, appliances worked well. The pool....it was open some summers and others it wasn't. It inspired me to buy my own pool as an adult, given the inconsistency of the apartment having it open. I remember the hail storm we had. Good memories there. The office had a workout room. Back then, office staff were friendly. We had a key to our mailbox. The apartments were beautiful and built very well to withstand storms. Maintenance was a bit slow but given the thousands of people he serviced, yeah it makes sense. I remember the sidewalks, riding my bike down those. Good times. The stairs were sturdy, with some parts broken off but nothing too dangerous. The balcony is pretty high up and good for toddlers not being able to fall off unless they climb up. Pretty decent apartments. It just depends on who lives there. Some loud music at night. I enjoyed it. I will say...I remember our roof flooding one time. Lol. They got it all fixed up, but our roof looked scary and then it burst. They got us fixed up, though.
