  We’ve been in our home 2 years now (anniversary home) and couldn’t say enough good things about Rip. He helped us the entire time and he handled pretty much everything. We just had to pick land. I haven’t had any issues with the house so far. I’m pretty happy that we went with Clayton. Would recommend.

  Iv had good experience dealing with Clayton homes it’s been a long process and I’m so ready to be in my own home did my final signing with Rip and couldn’t be happier with how things are going. From day one dealing with Kirk walking in telling him what I was looking for he said I’ll be back came back with a key pointed me in the right direction and we came back and said we love it. Kirk has since retired and we are now working with Rip and it has been smooth sailing.

  Go anywhere but here and if you do go here make sure to get your own contractor. Mike (their contractor) has no clue what he is doing ive had to replace outlets, walls and hvac system wasn't wired in correctly and has a leak the unit is only 4 years old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Clayton isn't it.

  We highly recommend salesman Rip Ohley… He let us through the process (Our second purchase of a Clayton Home). He was knowledgeable, helpful, honest and thorough… he made the process so easy and comfortable. He was always quick to answer my many detailed questions. He set us up with good subcontractor as necessary, for dirt, work, concrete, etc. The entire process was quick , efficient, and well done. We are quite pleased.

  Ask for TRAVIS! I will never do business with another person. Clayton Homes is the absolute best place to get your customized, new home. You wont find a better price, quality, selection, professionalism ... I could go on and on. Thank you TRAVIS!!
