  Been here for half a year and there are no maintenance workers to be found and no formal way of reporting maintenance requests through their resident portal even though that’s what they tell you to do when you call them. There is trash literally everywhere. Each trash can (including the doggie bag trash cans) is filled to the brim with garbage. Their dog walking areas have loose food containers, used condoms, and dog feces laying in the grass for weeks on end. Half of the A/C units leak water and there is no dishwasher in the unit. My floorboards either crack or have water damage from basic mopping. Homeless people will sleep on the furniture in the middle of the complex even though it’s a “gated neighborhood”. Dont expect security outside of the 50 cameras on the property because half of the gates either don’t open or are open at all times because they’re broken. Management will decline your calls and refuse to answer the office door during operational hours then call you back days later like it’s no big deal. But hey let’s keep giving people tours and renting out rooms just for them to realize that the only benefit is relatively cheap rent (should still be cheaper than what it is considering the living conditions.)

  Was a quick process! Signed the lease and had my move in package maybe like 10 minutes! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

  It's been almost a year and I'm been happy with my apartment unit. The noise woke me up sometimes when I work night shift and sleep during the days and some area need attention with cleaning but overall it's been good and comfortable.

  I had big problems on move in day. I got all my stuff packed ready to move in. I got a call 1 hour before move in that my apartment has a leak from the upstairs and I won’t be able to move in. After 3 hours in the office I finally got a different apartment. I’ve heard move in days like that are normal. Plus the laundry room situation is horrible. Half the dryer’s work, the others take your money and turn on but doesn’t dry. Staff doesn’t put notes or anything on the dryer’s. When you ask the front desk about it they say the washer and dryers are another companies and they can’t do anything… best to use a laundry mat which is very inconvenient when your complex has machines, but the frustration of clothes not drying when paid for and staff blowing it off can be upsetting. I’ve attached some photos of the “back up” apartment that rushed to move me into on move in day. The apartment was filthy. They won’t sweep, mop, or clean any counter tops on shelves in the closet and bathroom. Other than those issues I enjoy living here.
