  I came in the other day while there was a girl in front of me yelling at the receptionists. They stayed very calm and classy and nicely explained how to resolve the issue. They even apologized for the inconvenience. I have had a few issues with my apartment that were fixed almost immediately when I communicated it with management. My unit was clean when I moved in but I still did a deep clean, as you should with every new move. Resident events have been super fun too, I love the freebies

  Great experience at Montara Park! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was easy. Big shoutout to Keylin Hooks for being awesome and helping with everything I needed. Very professional, easy to talk to, and made the experience way better. Definitely recommend Montara Park if you’re looking for an apartment in Norman!

  Have to give a shout out to the amazing customer service that I have experienced! Keylin was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel annoying about it and explained everything so well. Very enjoyable experience and great people to talk to!

  I had such a great experience with Keylin at Montara Park. He was really patient with all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout everything. It’s clear that he really cares about helping people and providing a great experience. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking at Montara Park.

  I have written a review on this complex before earlier last year. To their credit they fixed their mistake ONLY after posting that review because all they care about is how they look to potential signers and not their actual residents. I am writing once again under the same name because they have once again attempted to screw me over. I was not provided a mattress when I first moved in, this wasn’t a problem as I had my own but of course I took pictures to prove that it was missing. Since I had seen all the negative reviews I knew to think head about this issue later on and when I had a one on one meeting with the manager last summer I showed her the picture and discussed it with her. I also let her know I was recording the conversation to make sure everything was being covered. She assured me three times that I would not be charged for the missing mattress and I thought that was that. Here we are a year later and they are charging me $215. They sent out a Google form link asking for proof and any other information and asked for a month to get back. It’s been a month. They said no extra emails, no calls, no updates but also they will send to collections if the payment isn’t put through. This is absolutely ridiculous and I cannot get ahold of anyone to give me an answer again DESPITE speaking with THE MANAGER and getting a promise that I would not get chance, having a recording of the conversation AND HAVING PHOTO EVIDENCE. if you’re missing anything or there are any damages that weren’t you it does not matter if you document and think you have everything covered they will send you to collections and will charge you. Do not sign with this complex under any circumstances. I will continue trying to contact them but they will try to screw my credit in the meantime to try to force me to back down.
