It is dangerously high temps right now as we all know! He works from home and this may interfere in this as well. Dont rent here if you expect maintenance calls to be delivered.

- ESErin SchierJul 15, 20261.0This place nickels and dimes you! they don’t take care of mold in your apartment. They won’t upgrade your AC unit if you have a very old one even though it’s not working well and charging you too much. The pool was never open it was always out of service one time we got locked in the pool area and couldn’t leave. Police had to be called. They make you pay your utilities bill in advance even though you’re moving out before the end of the month. Couldn’t move in whenever I was scheduled to move in Place was a mess they never even checked when the last guy moved They don’t check the space If it’s been cleaned or not. And they would not prorate the four days that I didn’t have access To an apartment. Now I’m paying a four months rent even though I move out date is on the According to them they Set the move out date. Not a good place to be unless you don’t mind being charged And not having Amenities.
