  This complex is completely revamped. The staff on site is very respectful and always makes sure things are taken care of from the privacy of the residents to the way the property is taken care of. I believe that if you are a student or someone looking for roommates because you don't like living alone your accomodations can be met and taken care of. I hope you get the change to stop by and meet the friendly staff of site. They all look forward to meeting you.

  Management is very kind and helped me with any issues I’ve had. One of them even gave me a popsicle when I had to go in about a problem of mine haha. Very laid back office. Loved the after hours tour option too.

  Not only did they raise my rent because of their mistake (told me my guarantor re-signed over the phone then two weeks later told me that the call was an error), but they do a terrible job with setting roommate mediations as well as pairing roommates. Had several personal belongings destroyed and used without my consent by condescending and obviously lying roommates. I did not get along with most of the people I was paired with after the first year except maybe two out of eight from 2021-2025 (ac turned up high, food items eaten/thrown, too much space being taken up, several bikes in the living room, etc). If for some reason you want to move here and you VALUE common decency, please do not rely on roommate pairings, find people you know to live with beforehand. It will certainly ruin your year if you don't.

  I’ve only been here for a week, and the experience has been good so far. Transportation from the property to campus is convenient, as the bus runs throughout the week, and you can track its real-time location using the EMBARK Norman app. The mesh on our balcony was already broken when I moved in, but the maintenance staff responded promptly to my request and fixed it within a day.

  Had to write a review on probably one of the best customer support and service team I ever encounter! Had great feedback about my questions from the service team and was notified that there were only a few spots left with the rate that I wanted. Was hastily doing my application but then got hit with an error on the last step of the application. Contacted support and within like 20 minutes they found a different solution for me to submit my application! I’m now approved and a future resident of Montara Park and it couldn’t had been done without the amazing staffs here!
