  DO NOT LIVE HERE. Charged hundreds of dollars to us for “cleaning fees” 6 months after we moved out due to other roommates who were still there. Despite them telling us they cleared the apartment when we moved out, they charged us for new residents mess. Oh and no AC for five weeks in August! Worst maintenance, worst service, and they even block your number and send u straight to voice mail when you call and they recognize the phone number. Bonus points for the incompetence kids they have running the front office. Mold everywhere in case your into that stuff. Go to Alight Norman or The Ave for good rooms and service. This place is straight out of hell. Seeking legal action against them now

  OU grad who lived at millennium from 23-26. Millennium was my first apartment, so I didn't realize how awful it was until I moved out and saw what a good living experience looks like. Cons: - Filthy. The halls are never cleaned properly, and I've seen trash & dead bugs remain for months at a time. The stairwells are disgusting, caked in dried vomit and cobwebs, you will have to hold your breath to get through them. The rooms are not properly cleaned before move-in, and common areas aren't touched at all. - Predatory leases. They will pressure you to renew nearly a FULL YEAR in advance or risk losing your room. They will hang rate hikes over your head as incentive, then when the rooms haven't sold a few months later, they'll start offering discounts. Rent and fee pricing is absurd. - Bugs. We had off-and-on German roaches the entire three years I lived there. I found them in my kitchen, in my clothes, in my bed. - Unsafe. The external doors/gates are broken and don't lock, giving anyone free access to the whole building. If they do lock, they are propped open more often than not. The parking gates are frequently left open, sometimes for a month at a time. Bikes are stolen off the bike racks. Packages are left piled up in the publicly accessible mailroom. - Impossible to reach! If you call, they have replaced their answering service with an AI chatbot that will assure you that no real people are available (even though the office is open) and promise to raise a ticket for your issue (I've never once gotten a call back). This has been a recurring issue during lockouts (I had to sleep in my car!!) and when I had urgent moveout concerns. And the bot's name is also Hunter which is just salt in the wound 😭 They don't respond to resident portal messages either. - Wifi. It goes out building-wide for a couple hours at least once a month, which is a big issue if you're taking virtual classes or working remote. Pros: - Braums in parking lot Don't believe all of the glowing five-star reviews from brand-new residents that mention the same handful of employees by name. It's clearly an incentivized campaign. I'll also note that maintenance is actually really great, they respond quickly and are super friendly! The younger guy with dark hair is great, he's wasted on a trashy place like Millennium. EDIT: "First and foremost, Millennium does not offer any discounts or incentives in exchange for reviews." I've already sent reports to Maps with material evidence. Y'all should cover your tracks with something better than plastic corporate denial 🤧 EDIT 2: They deleted their reply 💀 anyway, see pic attached :)

  This so called Millennium Student Living is a very bad choice for your health, education, money and family - why? because -- - if you get very sick and must leave the apartment and live with your family you will continue paying for every month until the contract period ends. no exceptions, and no one will help you to find a replacement. most of the rooms are empty so u cannot possibly find a replacement and the reputation of this place is like garbage so no one will come unless you find someone who is unaware of how bad this place is - like you did when you signed the contract. - if you are the only one in the unit you will end up paying over 400 dollars for utilities - this is an expense that was never explained to me. so when people move out and no replacement for them is found then you end up paying for all. when i asked why, they said this is our corporate office policy - email them. good luck emailing them, they never care and never respond -. this is unsafe place. my friend bicycle was stolen, there is widespread theft in the establishment. cameras do not record and if they do they will not tell you because they do not want to spread the info that the place is not secure. it is very unsafe place - the place is very dirty and filled with unhealthy units filled with uncollected garbage. students see cockroaches everywhere especially inside where food is gathered. they do not do much about it -. they will lie about everything when you leave. they will charge you for everything. keep pics because even with pics we cannot get our charges waved. they charged us with over 200 dollars for things that existed when we moved, and they do not care. they tell you to appeal and kept the charges and provided no reasons for the charges. when i asked they said we have to deal with so many people and we cannot provide all of that you are asking about. they will literally steal your money and lie to you and about you - above all, if you are thinking about being successful in academia - please stay away from the place. this is not a good place to study at. they will do nothing about your problems or needs. go live with someone else somewhere in norman - much better than this filthy large unsafe and unhealthy place - please read all of the reviews. i know some of the reviews are encouraged by the staff people to provide good image about a terrible place. some of those reviewing never lived there - so be careful when u see a good review because no one with the right mind would write a good review of this place. the idea of college life is to be fun and productive. if you live in this setting, you lose both and perhaps other things especially money.

  I’m writing a honest review of the location . The best thing about this apartments is the location. It is very convenient while attending the location. The actually staff and facility is subpar at best. #1 issue the bath tubs didn’t drain well on day. The washing machine was older and wasn’t getting the clothes cleaned well. When a maintenance request was placed it was never replaced. In addition they charge for every little thing. Upon moving out there is a $50 carpet cleaning charge. I have photos of the carpet. We actually cleaned them ourselves before moving out. However after being in an apartment over a year it is a health issue and the carpet would need to be cleaned prior to the be next person moving in anyway. It is just another tactic of bullying. There charges are one sided. They find a way to charge for any and everything. I just feel when you choose a place as your home weather temporary or not. You would appreciate choosing a place that actual values good tenants. I just hope my honesty assist the next person in making the best decision.

  Millennium Student Living is no more than a monopoly that cheats poor and unaware students of their money, time and state of mind 1. even if you have cancer or similar challenges, you cannot get out of the contract that basically require you to continue paying until july 25 - they may tell you just find a replacement but not only you cannot find one, but also they are later on willing to rent apartments at lower costs because most of their apartments are empty - so if you get sick and needed to be home you will continue paying and they will never respond to you 2. students working at the office are hopeless. they have no power, no authority and no way of helping you. they will direct you to email or submit a form to the corporate office, which never respond. so whatever charges they may charge you - some of which is inaccurate and too much you will pay it, pay the interest and the fee on it. their argument is that you are not just renting a room, you are responsible for all expenses surrounding the 5 rooms, so if you are the only one in the unit you will end up paying over 300 dollars for electric, heat and water. 3. this is unsafe place. my bicycle was stolen even when i have it secured in their garage location. this is just an example. people can move in and out and when i asked if there are cameras to see who stole my 400 dollars bike they said the cameras are not working...they are just there for giving the impression that it is safe. 4. the rental managers are under pressure never to admit to any mistake, they will side with the corporate office and deny that you exist. they are looking for rewards. they will ask you for favors to write a good review and a lot of kids dont know what to do under such pressures - 5. this is very unhealthy place. garbage is everywhere, insects and cockroaches are seen in very corner and under almost anything and everything including inside your shoes. Be ware when you try on your shoes in the morning, you may see one inside. 6. no human interactions - the big corporate office only communicate via numbers like prisons - and the staff are hopeless and helpless. they are just poor students working to survive. they know this place is garbage but they cannot say much about it 7. if you want to judge a place as good or bad, see their response when they make a mistake, if they make a mistake and refuse to admit it while instead rationalizing it then know that they do not care, and they would be willing to lie for anything stay away at all costs
