  I had 1 of our kids live at the Millennium a few years back and I will be having another leasing in 2027. I have to say that Janae (leasing agent) was so sweet and very informative and helpful with setting up today and I wanted to give her a shout out and say Thank you!

  This is the worst place you could put your child. The stove caught on fire and took them weeks to fix. Never truly the oven after multiple work orders. The Washer broke and they left the washer with dirty water in the apartment for 2 weeks without doing anything about it till i had to call AGAIN with multiple emails. we had a funeral and keys were late by not even 12 hours and i sent a funeral excuse and they didn’t care at all still charged 350.00 for the keys being slightly late. When calls were made in advance to the manager amanda. You pay $40 for parking and they don’t enforce it so don’t pay the $40 it’s all about collecting money. also the key cards to get in from the garage and often in the gates don’t work. often times in the snow kids were locked out of the apartment. These people only care about the money and not the well-being of their tenants. Don’t send mail or Amazon packages they will get stolen. This is the short list of all the problems. Never in my life have i worked with a worse company.

  The apartments were clean plenty of parking. Harper gave us a tour and was very friendly and professional!

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! ITS AWEFUL!!!! This has to be the worst living situation in all of Norman. The Millennium is the LAST place you should come live if you are about to be a sophomore at OU. To start off, We have had insect and rat infestation that the building refuses to properly address. The "Pest control" worker showed up, did some looking around for 30 seconds and then just left doin a total of 0 actual work. I am not the only tenant who has to deal with these problems that are here even before you move in. Second problem is the general maintenance in this building. We have put in multiple maintenance request months ago for our dryer, sink, and the hole that THE MILLENNIUM put in our wall which they decided to just leave there indefinitely. Maintenance request take weeks to months to fulfill if they ever do. And when you go to the front to get help, they give you some BS excuse and nothing happens. I've seen the front office workers LIE directly to tenants over the phone about issues that they claim don't exist. They charge you fees for amenities that are broken and fees for reasons they make up and can't explain to you when you ask them about it. Don't let me forget about how dirty the hallways are, and the amount of trash they let pile up around the apartment complex. Iv'e seen actual animal feces just sitting in the hallway. This is the most pathetic excuses for an apartment staff and management. It is terribly run from the top down and I hope any one looking in to these apartments takes this review seriously, I have spoke to other people I know in the building and I am not the only one who has to deal with these issues. In conclusion, the Millennium is the worst apartment building anyone can choose to live in Norman. DON'T LIVE HERE unless you like problems that don't get fixed, rats, being forced to spend large amounts of money on nothing, and receiving no help.

  Overpriced, bad maintenance, elevator broken half the time, gate to parking broken half the time, pool never clean, complex stinks mainly in the stairwell, moved into apartment with mold and water not working correctly and bugs... will say that the location is nice and the apartments themselves are good as well its really just problems with everything surrounding the apartment
