  I tried to make an appointment to see an apartment, but the office staff never answers the phone. I leave messages and they never call. I drove by, and I have to say, thank god. I didn't know they had slums and slumlords in Norman. Shame on this place.

  I lived here for a year and my place was decent. I loved my window view because there was a tree and I could see the OU stadium. The rooms are incredibly spacious. When I moved in the place was trashed but the office apologized and was very nice about it. It does take a while to fix in home issues because we called for a month straight about the bathroom door literally coming off the hinges, but it did eventually get fixed… I didn’t have a bug issue, mainly because I was on the second floor I believe and saw maybe two roaches my entire stay. The place does reek of smoke and all of my things had to be wiped or washed after moving. The people I lived next to were super sweet people, but there are random people that will wander around and the police are here at-least weekly at different units. I had to call police one time. Very affordable housing with good sized rooms, just a horrible area despite it being next to the police and fire station. There’s definitely better places to stay than here if you value safety.

  Full of pests, asbestos and horrible people. The office staff laugh at you when you're concerned about health hazards. They left us with sewage in our sick for an entire day, it was over 100° that day and didn't bother to seems anyone. At 9 p.m. yesterday we recorded someone in the apartment behind ours sawing through the pipes in the kitchen. They evicted us for flooding the apartment. They did it We've got it all. They're gonna pay. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS SLUM. THEY'RE FROM FLORIDA, UTAH AND COLORADO. DISGUSTING PEOPLE AND APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, SEE YOU IN ALL THE COURTS, LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. ceilings always collapse, office staff (morgan) is very HATEFUL. they renovate the office like people live in there when all the apartments are ran down and horrid. homeless people are everywhere all the time. druggies walking around, police constantly. my daughters section 8 got messed up due to them not fixing anything. the pool is green. RUN. don’t walk. RUN from this property.

  My grand daughter just moved to these apartments in April, the apartment is roach infested and filthy. Lipstick on a pig is the best description for the "maintenance" performed. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN VISITING.
