  I have been with Bare Property for several years. I first used them when I moved in with a family member, when I was just out of high school. I then moved out on my own, for the first time, into another one of their properties. They made the whole experience so easy, especially for me being so clueless about everything. I have lived in that house, that I first moved into, for 6 years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better management company. Every question I had was always answered quickly, and explained well. After storms that caused damage, they were quick to address every issue, communicate the needed repairs, who would be completing these repairs, and exactly when they’d be on the property to do so. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, or place to grow. Thank you BPM!

  These people are amazing. We have been in our home with them for over 3 years and we couldn't ask for better people to rent from. Thank You BPM for being the best.

  This is the home at move in.... I have requested a deep clean and they told me they will not pay for a deep clean and that if I didn't like it, I can pay $500 to cancel my lease along with continue to pay the rent until it it leased out. Plus pay for advertising fees and utilities. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN

  If you are a clean and responsible tenant, this is the place for you. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. Every maintanance issue I've had, it was resolved quickly. If it wasn't for me having to relocate due to professional reasons, I'd still be there now

  We rented from BPM for 10 years and it was honestly a dream. Lydia always took amazing care of us as tenants, and we couldn’t have asked for better property managers. 10/10 if you get the chance to rent through BPM, they are nothing short of remarkable when it comes to keeping things running.
