  If I could give them a negative number I would. I will just say Jeff who was the sales manager at the time we purchased lied to us and misrepresented. Of course they make you feel like it was YOUR fault. We purchased our home in 2023 and we had the worst experience ever dealing with the lot owner/GM John Inman. We communicated over months of being in the home things they had done that destroyed the cosmetics inside the home only to be told they would fix it. John and Roddy came out after my August 2024 email stating the issues that were still incomplete and wanted them fixed before the 1 year lot warranty went out in October 2024. They were swamped with work and scheduled a day to finally come but then cancelled at because of something pressing. They finally came the first part of December and left before everything was finished. Then refused to come back stating our warranty was expired. Even after we explained the things not fixed were reported well before the warranty expired. Clayton homes would not act on our behalf as John Inman is the owner of this lot. All it would have taken was them to just keep their word and things would be good, but nope not this place. Lies and coverups and complete lack of any empathy or customer service. Contracts mean nothing to these people and to sit and lie to your face is common practice from top to bottom.

  Lisa made us feel welcome since the first day we came to look at homes. She never just pushed to make a sale. When we decided to purchase it was a pleasure picking our home and colors of everything. So glad we made our decision to buy from Clayton Homes. Thank you Lisa 😊
