  I normally don’t write reviews, but the management at this place has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. While my roommate and I lived there, we had to go to the office multiple times every month because there was always some issue with our rent account. To make matters worse, management changed constantly—at least four times in a single year. Every time we went into the office, there seemed to be a new person working there. Whenever we asked for someone we had previously spoken with, we were told they had either quit or been fired. We moved out over six months ago and still have not received our deposit back for the key fobs we returned. We’ve both called several times regarding this issue, and every time we’re told someone will look into it and call us back. We’re still waiting for that call. The lack of organization, communication, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here not to!

  Raul has been a great addition to 35 West Apartments. In just over a year, he and his maintenance team have made a noticeable difference around the property. When something does come up, as it naturally will... Raul handles it quickly, professionally, and with real pride in his work. The community itself is in a great location with plenty to do nearby, and it truly feels like home. The putt‑putt area, grill and lounge space, beautiful pool, and gym all add to the experience. With Raul helping keep everything running smoothly, this property is truly glad to have him on board.

  Lived here for over a year, and we just upgraded from 1br to 2, and I would like to give a shout out to Dalecia for helping us out with the whole process. It was a lot of paperwork and she was definitely on top of it with us! We had been looking to upgrade for a couple months now and were not having any luck getting that ball rolling, but once we spoke to Dalecia she got on top of it right away. Also, the maintenance team is amazing! Raul is the best and always makes sure to come and handle everything as soon as possible, and is always so helpful with everything. Really appreciate you both, thank you!

  I had a really great experience with 35 west Im new to the state of Oklahoma so I wanted something close to the highway and a bunch of stores with a place that was up to date and wasn’t ran down the person that helped me was jasmine, she was really straight forward which made the process super easy. 100% recommend

  Just moved in and i can already say i’m going to love it here! Jasmine is so sweet and made everything go so smooth and perfect!!
