  Raul has been a great addition to 35 West Apartments. In just over a year, he and his maintenance team have made a noticeable difference around the property. When something does come up, as it naturally will... Raul handles it quickly, professionally, and with real pride in his work. The community itself is in a great location with plenty to do nearby, and it truly feels like home. The putt‑putt area, grill and lounge space, beautiful pool, and gym all add to the experience. With Raul helping keep everything running smoothly, this property is truly glad to have him on board.

  Lived here for over a year, and we just upgraded from 1br to 2, and I would like to give a shout out to Dalecia for helping us out with the whole process. It was a lot of paperwork and she was definitely on top of it with us! We had been looking to upgrade for a couple months now and were not having any luck getting that ball rolling, but once we spoke to Dalecia she got on top of it right away. Also, the maintenance team is amazing! Raul is the best and always makes sure to come and handle everything as soon as possible, and is always so helpful with everything. Really appreciate you both, thank you!

  Thankful move out process was fast and easy other then that worst place I have ever lived…. over priced, so much trash, everywhere, disrespectful neighbors, lots of drama, so bad on the mental health! And so much more hope this complex take more things seriously! More of a high school than a place to live!

  We just moved here a couple weeks ago and so far we haven’t had any issues that are in the previous comments. The trash complaints for example are the tenants responsibility. They changed the pick up dates to weekdays and now if it gets piled up at all, it’s on weekends. We got an email about setting the trash in a red circle thing next to the dumpsters instead of outside the trash because it does get piled up. My husband and I go get coffee from the clubhouse every morning and having had the issue of “ water filter full” or whatever I read previously. (Plus it’s decent coffee) I’ve seen one lady in particular not pick up her dog poop and the next day she saw my looking and waved and picked it up. Ever since then, we haven’t had an issue. The maintance guys are really friendly. All in all, we’ve had very small complaints that would come with any apartment. Sometimes our bathroom smells like pot, you can hear neighbors outside, and there’s mosquitoes. I walk around with my daughter throughout the day/evening and I feel completely comfortable and safe. There’s nice neighbors all around and you see kids playing at the park by themselves. I’m not getting paid for this five star rating btw so don’t assume that’s the only reason I’m writing this. We’ve had issues in the past with landlords and so far, they’ve been nothing but accommodating to us.
