I had such a great experience working with Chyanne during my move-out process! She was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly break down all of my move-out charges. She and the entire front desk team were super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process and beyond

The manager will twist her words and deceive you for any extra money they can get you aren’t a person to them your a paycheck.
Recently I moved out of Rendezvous but was charged fees for cleaning and “missing amenities” I wasn’t notified of these charges until long after I had moved out then not only did Chyanne fail to notify me via email she lied and claimed that this was the second email I had revived about the matter. What she did was send me a message through my resident portal (AKA NOT AN EMAIL!!!) saying I had been charged. Why would anyone check their resident portal if they are no longer a resident at this point? Makes no sense to me but the funny part is when I went to dispute these charges she told me that because it was after the 10th of September there wasn’t anything she could do. Why wouldn’t they notify me via email the first time so that I could avoid these charges but would email me personally letting me know after the 10th that I had charges on my account? It’s a money grab and a valuable lesson to record and document everything when it comes to these “student housings” and apartments in general.
When me and my friends moved into the unit was disgusting. Toilets had piss crust in them from the previous tenets, the fridge had hair and unidentified liquids all over and inside of it, our couch was destroyed, and parts of the unit had an ungodly smell. Add that to the WiFi being 50/50 and you’ve got your rendezvous experience until your lease is up. one of my friends moms was nice enough to clean the unit for us but the fact that Rendezvous even let us move in while the unit was in such a condition is unacceptable.
Along with that the unit I asked for didn’t have a properly functioning door and it would open if not held shut by furniture or a weight, when I asked to move units because of privacy issues (we had a vacant spot in our unit due to there only being 3 of us) they told me it’d be a $300 charge… okay right.
There were multiple times when we had service tickets for our A/C going out last summer and winter. Either the hvac would freeze over solid or just not turn on at all. This issue was never truly resolved and I feel bad for anyone who moves into unit 624 don’t choose bedroom A.
Now for the icing on the cake, if for some reason you cannot make it to the office during hours to return your amenities and keys. Do not drop it in the rent box thinking they won’t charge you, they will slap fine after fine on you regardless of if you returned it. I turned in my wristband, bedroom key, mailroom key, and parking pass and for some reason I had charges on my account. On top of that when I reached out to the manager and GM they told me there was nothing they could do even though I gave them a time stamp of me dropping those things off for them to look at via the camera system.
There are some apartments down the street from UCO next to the football field that are actually pretty nice and charge less lol I’d check them out if I were you.
Anthony has been very thorough with our maintenance request. He’s knowledgeable about the work and completed our project in a timely manner.

Do not stay here, unless you like BS charges when you move out. Also, don't pay any mind to the "example" apartment, literally the biggest lie ever....maintenance is quick at least; and trust, you need them...
