  Ceriniti gave an extremely informative, thorough, and entertaining tour of the property. Everything was covered well, without a need for a ton of additional questions. When questions did arise she was ready with the answer! Safe to say lease was signed that day.

  The staff was so welcoming! Serenity is an amazing tour guide and is so kind! The apartments are so nice and clean and a very home-like feeling! I highly recommend

  Friendly staff. So many amenities. The clubhouse has so many fun and unique events for residents. The fitness center offers a good amount of equipment to get a good workout in. Property is clean and well kept

  I came in for a tour. I must say first I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The leasing office was beautiful. The amenities are great they have so many snacks and drinks to choose from. I viewed the apartment and I must say it is super nice and super affordable. Private bedroom AND BATHROOM! 24 hr fitness and computer lab. A place to fit your every need when looking for student housing or housing for an individual who may not need a whole place to themselves. The leasing agents are very informative and the application process is very easy.
