    Lived here 2 and a half years. Wouldnt recommend it.Very sketchy people live there. So glad to be gone!

    I have lived here for years, and I soon will not be. I have waited over six months to have mold eradicated., There is no such thing as a good maintenance man here, On average, it takes almost 3 months to get anything fixed. That is of course if they do it right the first time, Which is never the case

    Year and a half waiting for a toilet repair or replacement. Management was notified of the issue the day after we moved in. It took nearly a month to get a new stove when ours went out. Dealt with a leaking water heater line for a month, and it shorted. Had no electricity for almost a month along with no hot water. Had to find someplace to stay during that time, as it was temperatures into the 100's and no AC as well. When we were told things were all finally fixed and working, so we could come back - we had no hot water. Hot water heater wasn't even grounded. For as patient as we have been, this is horrible. Trying to contact the management company didn't yield any resolution either. Except to be told they'll look into it. Nothing has happened. We loved living here at first, but things have steadily gone downhill with only our frustrations rising. UPDATE 2/17/26 Of the 5 repair request orders open for our unit, they closed all but ONE, calling them completed on Friday 2/13/26. Nobody came to our unit the day the orders were closed, or since and despite asking me to reach out to the email in their reply here, have yet to respond. UPDATE: 3/17/26 On 2/20/26 we finally had the toilet replaced. All other repair orders still stand, and the one for our heater was CLOSED as "completed" on 3/9/26 at 9:05PM and it NOT complete. Duct wrap and insulation wasn't replaced as discussed either. Additional photos added as proof. We've had temperatures as low as 23°F and an unusable furnace. Whatever was heating and giving off an odor when it was on, made me ill for days after. Still waiting on AC repair (6 months), Dishwasher replacement (5 months) and and range hood replacement (2.5 months). As well as for electrical work to be done in the kitchen. Who keeps closing the orders as completed when they are not? UPDATE 5/19/26 The manager we had at this complex, was moved to another one. At best we appear to have an interim manager. Be it this temporary manager or a member of the maintenance crew, closed the electrical work order we've been waiting to be remedied since January of this year. Contacted the temp manager and was told maintenance had been in our unit, tested the outlets and all were working. We have a camera in our unit that proves differently. Informed them of this, said would reopen the work order and maintenance would be here this past Friday to check things out. No work order was reopened. No maintenance crew came by. Closing longstanding work orders seem to be an issue with this management company. If they were seen to in a timely manner, that wouldn't be an issue.

    Awful place to live don't live here. Potentially deadly electrical issues in my unit that they have refused to fix properly. Ceiling caving in, cracks and water damage and sagging structural issues rodent infestation gnats wasp infestations. It doesn't matter how many times you complain to them about anything they just don't do anything about anything.
