Ashley was so helpful. All the process was so wonderful. She gave us discounts, better visit her than online. I appreciate the service.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If you like your air conditioning broken in the middle of summer for MONTHS then go on ahead and move on in but the average person doesn't! Multiple residents this is happening to!!

single handedly my worst living experience. maintenance never shows up in a timely manner and the office never answers their phones. ive been waiting over a YEAR for a new washer/dryer. ive tried reaching out just to be ignored. i put in a maintenance request for my AC unit last month and i havent received any response. the leasing office is very rude most of the time i go in there, if its even open, and they completely brush off tenants concerns. theres no way to get in contact with management without hounding them constantly for a response back. itd be really helpful if they answered their phones once in a while and actually took tenants issues seriously.

We had a fire in our apartment RANDOMLY was not our fault we still don't know why the fire happend. Maybe we would know if they actually came by to look at it. They should of moved us to a different apartment but instead we went WEEKS. Until finally a guy I've never seen before knocks on the door while I'm in a towel bout to jump in the shower. (We've told them to give us a warning before they come by I have severe anxiety & work nights! he was peeking through the window being loud demanding I let him in cuz hes maintenance) called the office to see if it was one of their guys but OF COURSE they never answer their phones or call you bk or email you bk. Nothing. We had a FIRE. & this is how we were treated. Don't get me started on the unfinished ceiling w a leak since we moved in & the ac that was out for months. We had no power to half our apartment had no idea if it was even safe. After wks of trying to get them to look at it my anxiety couldn't take it anymore. I have a cat that could of got hurt by the fire. A chance of luck my partner got home early that day & put it out in time. Not knowing if it could happen again just became too much & we got the heck outta there. Then they had the audacity to charge us a cleaning fee. We cleaned it when we left we took vids before & after we moved in so I'm not worried about it. These apartments are dirty when you move in & watch your step cuz half the stairs are a safety Hazzard. I read another girls review on here about hers & thought mine were bad.... she had to jump over rust... read the reviews. Their all spot on. They pay people in gift cards to give them good reviews. The only good in that place is JT the maintenance guy. I have severe anxiety & he was so kind & respectful. Did 2 stars so they can't delete my review.

If you enjoy random increases in rent, maintenance that will close your work order out without doing anything or even contact you before entering your appartment your in luck. I lived there for 9 months and just moved out, for the first 4 it was relatively ok because I hadn’t had any issues. The first issue I had was a patch in the ceiling, there had been some issue that they fixed but didn’t paint and texture. That patch started to leak water in the apartment whenever it rained, whatever didn’t leak into the apartment was being soaked up in by whatever was in the ceiling. Next was an issue with the Ac which is common with the apartment, but the difference is I knew my fan motor was going out because of the noise it made while running. I made my ticket and after 3ish months of getting my ticket closed out, I bought a new one myself and gave the office an ultimatum of doing it myself or hiring out, they chose to have JT install it. He did a great job was very friendly allowing me to watch him do the install. The final issue was an electrical issue that resulted in a small fire. On may 13th I had just returned from a Va appointment after work. I smelled burning plastic and started frantically searching for the issue, eventually seen smoke coming from the edge of my bed. The breaker did its job and shut power to that area, but there was a hole smoldering in the side of my bed. Used my fire extinguisher and contacted fire department and the office after hours. JT showed immediatly and gathered photos and kindly offered an air mattress and whatever he had to help out. The next day I met with the office manager and they were kind enough to take the cost of a new bed out of my rent. I asked about repairs and they said they don’t have an exact time but I’m on the emergency list, leading me to believe it’d be fixed in about 48 hours. I requested to be notified before entry to make sure the time worked out for me and my fiance. A week after the fire someone banged on the door trying to enter just saying maintenance while she was about to shower. For safety reasons I told her not to answer because anyone can yell maintenance and knock on the door. A few hours later I was notified the issue had been resolved when I got home nothing was done. From may 13 until the end of my lease I was was without power to 1/3 of my appartment taking showers by lantern and candle light, and still had the burnt wiring and outlet. During that time they still charged me full rent and made no attempt on fixing the issue and still had the audacity to charge me fees for cleaning after I moved out. If your in building 38, I highly suggest you test for mold because since I moved out all the water that I was catching using a bucket has been dumping on the carpet soaking in and baking in the heat.
