  everything has been good for us so far me and my sister got an 2/br 2 bath apartment our agent jason has been very cooperative and very supportive throughout this whole process thank you oxford oaks

  The rent goes up every month. Lots of hidden fees in the rent. It will rather cheaper to rent the house than this apartment. We don’t need valet trash facilities, we can do it by ourselves. Waste of money. Renter insurance is mandatory and also don’t know how we are paying renters waiver fee for no reason. (We do have the renter insurance) The ceiling was leaking all the time when it rains, they finally fixed it after almost 3 years. No lights on the living room. Also they don’t reply the mail and answer the phone call.

  Jason very nice and helpful my ac stopped working after they cleaned my air vents and he came in and fixed it and when they came in the first time they had to put my cat away in a room and I saw him on the camera with my little cat sitting on his shoulder as he was taking her to the room

  From the beginning, there were multiple serious issues that should not happen in a properly managed property. - I was given the wrong mailbox key and could not access my mail. Instead of fixing it, I was told to contact USPS myself. - There was an electrical short circuit in my child’s bedroom even though nothing was plugged in. The breaker did not trip, which is a serious safety concern. Management only replaced the burned outlet without addressing the root cause. - Maintenance entered my unit without any prior notice to install a WiFi box. Entering a tenant’s unit without proper notice is unacceptable. - I received a 5-day notice to vacate for non-payment of rent, even though I have paid everything on time and have full proof. This appears to be due to internal errors, not the tenant. Overall, this experience has been stressful and concerning for my family. I hope management will take responsibility and improve their systems to prevent this from happening to others.
