  Been here going on 2 months ..have work orders in and still nothing been done . Carpet was not replaced when moved in and now stains from years of use is showing through ... I have 3 orders not one has been addressed ..the first 2 orders I did I waited a week and nothing so I fix the shit my self ..I go to office today to be told to ck.e back because with what ever had to be done ..problem is resadents should come first give a damn .office was closed on Monday as usual .went in office to find out about work orders to be bullshited about a bulb been on back order ...kids out braking people shit on there porch .ringing door bells and running off .. they broke our steps last night ..and I go to office to be told to come back as if the people here are not important enough .. trash all over the pond is nasty and filled with trash . Also people do not deserve to be treated like they are trash or that we are stupid .. I will with hold rent until things are fixed .if I get charged a late fee .I will take further actions ...this is ridiculous and for what you guys charge people should not have to live this way I give a shit if it is section 8 or whatever you have very upset tenants things need to be addressed or get new staff in the office that actually cares about their people that they rent to...

  I've lived here close to 5 years and I just wanted to praise the hard work of the staff. Ms. Latoya is an amazing manager as well as the office staff. The maintenance men are always on top of it and friendly. Everyone works there heart out at what they do and it shows. Thank you to them all. God bless!

  Great place there a women name Shannon omg a straight blessing and angle they so nice and understanding and work with you I wouldn't trade these apt for nothing

  They have a HORRIBLE MICE INFESTATION PROBLEM, SPIDERS & ROACHES the office manager doesn’t care then maintenance takes 3+ weeks to complete request even if it’s something serious

  I've been living here a year and a half and my experience with this apartment complex has been very nice. The apartment manager is it nice black woman who handles her business she cares about the community and the children and that's what really counts! Just transferred to a three-bedroom and it is lovely nice carpet everything works correctly and I am grateful.
