  I've lived here close to 5 years and I just wanted to praise the hard work of the staff. Ms. Latoya is an amazing manager as well as the office staff. The maintenance men are always on top of it and friendly. Everyone works there heart out at what they do and it shows. Thank you to them all. God bless!

  Great place there a women name Shannon omg a straight blessing and angle they so nice and understanding and work with you I wouldn't trade these apt for nothing

  They have a HORRIBLE MICE INFESTATION PROBLEM, SPIDERS & ROACHES the office manager doesn’t care then maintenance takes 3+ weeks to complete request even if it’s something serious

  I've been living here a year and a half and my experience with this apartment complex has been very nice. The apartment manager is it nice black woman who handles her business she cares about the community and the children and that's what really counts! Just transferred to a three-bedroom and it is lovely nice carpet everything works correctly and I am grateful.

  Just FYI they don’t take people who owe money to another complex even if it was years ago. I have no evictions and owe a balance to another complex from when I was 18. She said they won’t take someone if they owe more than $100 🤣🤣
