  Me and my siblings share the 2 Beds and 2 bathroom layout and it was spacious enough for us to feel comfortable. There were some structural issues that we often ran into often such as the lightbulbs dying very frequently and the microwave breaking apart, even after service maintenance repairs were done (glue), it would break soon after. Area is relatively safe though and not loud. Traffic can get bad during 4pm-6pm so getting out or in is a bit difficult. Occasional roach sightings but most times it's safe to store pantry food into plastic containers to prevent them from lingering around. Parking lot can get over packed some nights and no spots are left open but in those occasions people just park in nonexistent stops as long as they don't block to much of the path.

  The apartment itself was in great condition—very modern, with nice wood floors. Unfortunately, the touring experience was frustrating. I scheduled a self-guided tour but wasn’t given the gate code. The available units to tour were all the way in the back of the complex, so I had to go to the leasing office for help. When I got there, the leasing agent said, “Oh yeah, those codes don’t work,” and gave me a new one. She also told me she needed to keep my driver’s license while I toured the apartment in case anything was damaged. However, while I was viewing the unit, she walked into the apartment. That confused me because she was supposed to be at the leasing office with my license. When I returned to the office, I had to wait about 20 minutes in the heat just to get my own driver’s license back. The apartments themselves are nice, but the self-guided tour process was confusing, unorganized, and frustrating. It’s also worth mentioning that the price for a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment here is about the same as what I found elsewhere for a two-bedroom, two-bath.

  We lived at Creekside for about 3 years and it was a good place to live! They have a beautiful pond and sidewalk around it. The pool was a nice place to relax and get some sun. If I had to complain, it was sometimes difficult to find a parking spot close to our unit since there were not assigned parking.

  Love this complex! They really take care of any maintenance needs fast. They also keep it looking really nice year round. One of my favorite aspects is the cleaning service Amenify. They cleaned my oven and it looks amazing!
