  We lived at Creekside for about 3 years and it was a good place to live! They have a beautiful pond and sidewalk around it. The pool was a nice place to relax and get some sun. If I had to complain, it was sometimes difficult to find a parking spot close to our unit since there were not assigned parking.

  Love this complex! They really take care of any maintenance needs fast. They also keep it looking really nice year round. One of my favorite aspects is the cleaning service Amenify. They cleaned my oven and it looks amazing!

  Nice apartment complex. It a newer one in this area. Please look up all amenities. Rent is always due by 3rd of the month,after 3rd of month late fees. Some community utilities have to be paid by tenants. Hope this information helps.

  I have only been at this complex since the beginning of the year. I am new to the area and although Creekside is listed as luxury apartments, they are not. For the amount of money I am paying, I have had several problems. Overall yes the property is very nice and so are the staff but I moved into an apartment that had been vacant for awhile and has had several things that should not have happened. I have never seen a place that doesn't prepare it before you move in. It was dirty, hadn't been treated for pests (several spiders and things), lights were out, towel racks falling off, the windows were extremely dirty and so on). These are little things but when they all add up it leaves an impression. The biggest issue I have is literally from the first night, my neighbor above me is so loud it is absolutely mind blowing. Nothing has changed so I have quit even letting management know because nothing is being done. This person STOMPS around all the time and has ZERO regard for his downstairs neighbors. Its so infuriating to be woken up all hours of the night and my daughter waking up and constantly asking what that noise is (my neighbor sounding like a damn elephant). I also went to book a party for my daughters birthday and was told we were not allowed to use the pool. That is the whole point in having a nice place to live is utilizing the facilities. I have never heard of an apartment complex not allowing a small children's party to use the pool. I wasn't trying to reserve the pool but to be told we aren't even allowed is pretty wild. Also we are supposedly only allowed 2 guests but my family is bigger than that (I have 6 siblings) so I guess when they visit we can't use the pool either. There is also no where to park EVER and people parking illegally on the sides of the building and fire lanes, people pulling up late at night blasting music, several times that our valet trash has just not been picked up and so on. I am really regretting signing a year lease here and cannot wait to leave, hopefully before then but I am sure they wont let me out of my lease. So good luck if you choose to live here
