  I'm giving two stars only because they're online listings were easy to read and navigate. I submitted a rental application for $35. I called the next day nobody answered. I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I emailed two different emails to inquire further about the information that day as well, nobody responded. Finally, two days after submitting the rental application someone finally contacted me and told me that I had yet to finish the pet screening portion of the application. They contacted me via email however, and when I tried to call them I was sent to a voicemail numerous times. The pet portion of the application is what I was attempting to get assistance with. I did finally get access to the pet screening portal. However, upon making a profile for my two dogs, the service attempted to charge me $30 per pet to give the information to the realty company. Personally I find this business practice quite predatory. Not only are there numerous fees associated with application, But the rental unit was not ready to move in yet, and people were still living in it. Nearly $100 for an application to a home that wasn't even ready to show. I cannot imagine that this policy and procedure is different for any of their other units or realty options but I'm sad to say that I won't attempt to apply for any units through them again.

  Overpriced units swear that the unit was ready to move in was not ready said it was remodeled when it wasn't all they did was put a new appliances in and then cancel orders for stuff that needs to be done and then say that you were in charge of paying for it to get done when it was messed up when you moved in and on the listing for the duplex says that I had central heat and air it did not had window units in the picture for the kitchen was not even the kitchen in this house
