- KQKhalil QaseJul 6, 20261.0This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I live here, and the customer service is terrible. Right after I moved in, I faced a water leak that took a week to fix. When I renewed my lease for the second time, I encountered another leak that took them three weeks to repair—not to mention having to run fans day and night to combat the humidity and prevent mold growth. They are fully aware that I have a young child, yet they show no concern. Since the beginning of 2026, I have been dealing with power outages in the apartment; it takes at least two to three hours to get the power restored each time. Today, specifically, I have been calling both management and the electric company, but no one offers a solution. Management is unreachable, and the electric company claims everything is fine. How can everything be fine when I have no electricity and the heat is unbearable without air conditioning? Renewing the lease for a second time was truly the worst mistake I’ve made.
- BWBradley WarrickFeb 25, 20255.0Tiffany our property manager is the absolute best, because liking the people who control where you live plays a big part other than the living space itself. The living space in general is everything somebody can ask for, never find myself without a parking space, the people I live with/around are great, and they have washers and dryers for each building which is also super handy. All in all and hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in. 2 years now!

- AMAATODE MembershipJan 2, 20225.0My boyfriend and I are going on our 4th year at Sandhurst. The experience with the new community manager Amanda has been great. She is always available and is very prompt with responding to any concerns. The new maintenance man is very polite, professional and seems well-skilled in all areas. We would recommend Sandhurst to anyone looking for a new place to live!
