- KQKhalil QaseJul 6, 20261.0This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I live here, and the customer service is terrible. Right after I moved in, I faced a water leak that took a week to fix. When I renewed my lease for the second time, I encountered another leak that took them three weeks to repair—not to mention having to run fans day and night to combat the humidity and prevent mold growth. They are fully aware that I have a young child, yet they show no concern. Since the beginning of 2026, I have been dealing with power outages in the apartment; it takes at least two to three hours to get the power restored each time. Today, specifically, I have been calling both management and the electric company, but no one offers a solution. Management is unreachable, and the electric company claims everything is fine. How can everything be fine when I have no electricity and the heat is unbearable without air conditioning? Renewing the lease for a second time was truly the worst mistake I’ve made.
