- KQKhalil Qase5 days ago1.0This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I live here, and the customer service is terrible. Right after I moved in, I faced a water leak that took a week to fix. When I renewed my lease for the second time, I encountered another leak that took them three weeks to repair—not to mention having to run fans day and night to combat the humidity and prevent mold growth. They are fully aware that I have a young child, yet they show no concern. Since the beginning of 2026, I have been dealing with power outages in the apartment; it takes at least two to three hours to get the power restored each time. Today, specifically, I have been calling both management and the electric company, but no one offers a solution. Management is unreachable, and the electric company claims everything is fine. How can everything be fine when I have no electricity and the heat is unbearable without air conditioning? Renewing the lease for a second time was truly the worst mistake I’ve made.

It looks nice, however depending on the building ur going to it might be senior living, or u might walk into a north end wanna be hood environment. Honestly that's about anywhere u go anymore. I did notice that the dumpster area was full of personal property, where ppl had moved. It would have been more useful if it been used for donations. Trulight, Eastside ministers, Helping hands, etc.
- SMSir MormoJan 21, 20261.0Beautiful place, ruined by constant demolition and construction, trash and lawn coming before sunrise waking up everyone. Pet owners allowed to break noise curfew and not clean up after their animals with no repercussions. Maintenance who is understaffed and underfinanced. Constant scammers who can somehow walk through our "security locked" front doors. It was once somewhere I would want to raise a kid, now it's no different from any other slum apartment in town.
