I was previously going to go with DR Horton, but the experience with them was horrible. Very slow communication, giving me the run around, and had to threaten to leave them several times in order to get an answer. I don't even have to ask Ryan Homes and they are already letting me know updates every few days! This is how a home purchase experience should be! Absolute communication, transparency to the fullest, honesty, and they dont make me feel like i am just another pay day to buy a home. Special shout out to Joy S. In xenia, OH for this amazing experience! Can't wait to move into the home in September!
