  Our daughter moved to Ohio just over a year ago. So we decided to start looking to make a move too. When we came to Wooster and found Clear Creek there was practically nothing here back in November of 2025. But thanks to Lindsay Krupp for her detailed information about what was being built here we decided to go ahead and put a hold on the lot my wife and I wanted. Now that we're here we are extremely happy with our new home. It helped tremendously to have project manager Justin Turner to work with his follow up phone calls made us at ease about what we were having built. Justin was available when we called or texted him and always got back to us making the process so easy . We had some snags selling our home in New York are we're not able to arrive when our house was finished on June 5th we arrived June 26th they were so understanding and patient with us . Bottom line why buy used when you can buy new and get much more with Ryan Homes.

Building a home can feel overwhelming, but they took the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step. The floor plans, available options, and overall quality made it an easy decision for our family.   We just moved into our new house in this development. We moved from another Ryan Homes community and felt our house was well built there, so we decided to go with Ryan Homes again in Wooster. Lindsay was our first point of contact in the model home when we chose our home and finishes. The process was extremely easy and transparent. The communication level was high and ultimately very accurate. The project manager. Justin was also highly communicative and honest with us about timelines and progress during the build. We have just now moved into our house, but it appears to have been done to a very high standard. I would recommend this neighborhood to other families (and single people) looking for straightforward new construction home that is reasonably priced and done professionally.

  I purchased my home from Ryan Homes Clear Creek Run development in Wooster, Ohio, and after living in the house for 4 months, I can honestly say I am very happy with both the home and the overall experience. From start to finish, the entire process went very smoothly. Project Manager Justin Turner and Sales Representative Lindsay Krupp were both outstanding to work with. They were always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire build process. Any small issues or questions that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, which really gave me peace of mind. I also had very positive interactions with all of the workers and contractors involved in building the home. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and seemed to truly care about doing quality work. Building a home can feel stressful, especially doing it on your own, but Justin Turner and Lindsay Krupp made the experience enjoyable and easy. I am very satisfied with my new home and would absolutely recommend Ryan Homes to anyone considering building in the Wooster area.
