The property is very well kept, FLOWERS ARE BEAUTIFUL! No trash in the parking lot, trash cans are empty, and parking lot doesn't have a bunch of holes!

I am nervous about shopping for a place however she made the experience feel clam and stress free. The model suite she showed me was very nice, clean and spacious. Definitely feel this is worth considering.

He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. I could easily see myself living here. If you’re considering this community, I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour.

- AAAnastasiaJul 17, 20261.0DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I had black mold grow in apartment, they just came wiped it down with chemicals and left it AND IT GREW BACK!! Also constantly had tobacco residue dripping down the walls of my bedroom and the bathroom in my bedroom. Had damage done to my vehicle multiple times but they fail to have working cameras for their residence safety and for reasons like this. You can clearly see my reason for not renewing my lease with K&D and they lied on their end saying for “lifestyle changes”. Does this look like a lifestyle change? All K&D properties are disgusting and infested with roaches, mice and ants. The employees really don’t care about the residence, they only care about that paycheck.
