  I originally scheduled an in-person tour, but it was canceled because no one was available that Saturday. I then scheduled a virtual tour, which was also canceled because the equipment wasn’t available. I do feel that if virtual tours aren’t currently available, they shouldn’t be offered as an option on the website. I was eventually able to come in, and Robert was amazing! He was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire experience. However, while I was there, a family came in with an issue regarding not having a key fob and needing access to the building to pay their rent. Robert handled the situation very professionally. After he had already addressed the issue, a woman from the back office came out and the way she spoke to the family was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. It’s not always about what you say, but how you say it. There may have been a valid reason for what she was communicating, but her tone and delivery were completely unnecessary. As someone considering moving into the community, witnessing the way a current family was spoken to definitely did not leave a good impression. How residents are treated matters just as much as how prospective residents are treated. Robert, however, was wonderful and handled himself professionally throughout the entire situation.

  I had a wonderful experience touring Willoughby Towers with Taylor! Taylor was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire walkthrough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the apartment tour feel comfortable and personalized rather than rushed. Taylor’s customer service really stood out. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism made a great impression and truly elevated the experience. Employees who provide this level of service are a huge asset to a property and deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

  Taylor was absolutely amazing during our tour! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, and her positive energy made a huge difference. We’re so excited about the possibility of moving here and are really looking forward to making this our new home.

  Leasing agent Robert Johnson was very funny and made my process simple and easy! Willoughby hills towers is a very pretty property with a CLEAN pool.

  Leasing Agent Rob Johnson was fantastic on our move in the Willoughby hills towers . The place is beautifully landscaped and has good parking , I highly recommend
