  This is the worst company/Apartments you could move to in the of Westlake, OH. They do not care about you or their property at all. Here is what my pregnant Wife, 1 year old son, and I have been dealing with! They don’t care SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT MOVE HERE! This is what 1,500$ a month get you! Oh I have more pics that are current. Before you know it you’ll have cracks running down your ceiling and walls. The elevator is always disgusting, the carpet looks old and hallways smell awful and the ceiling tiles in the hallways have stains on them, some are even missing! People leave bag of dog poop at the front door and it will be there for months. If you want to see emails of how they’ll treat you when something is wrong just comment! Do Not Waste your money! Also the water gets cut off about every three weeks because of constant repairs!

  I haven't rented yet but MARY is soooo helpful & very nice ! She wasn't pushy or rushy nor rude. i called to inquire & she was very informative & nice answered questions before i even asked them ! I definitely look forward to renting here.

  The apartments are super nice! A lot of room and very modern! I love staying here! I reccomend staying here if you’re looking for a place! It is a bit pricey but it is very much worth it!
