  We worked closely with Nick and Dylan throughout the entire process, and they were both extremely kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Nick was gracious with his time from the very beginning and always provided information quickly while answering all of our questions clearly and thoroughly. He made a huge impact on our decision to move forward with Pulte and helped make the entire process feel seamless and much less stressful. Dylan has gone above and beyond to help us with anything we needed to get the house ready and feel comfortable moving in. Before our walkthroughs, he even went through the home in advance to flag any items that might need touch-ups or attention. This was incredibly helpful given our limited personal schedule and showed how proactive and detail-oriented he is. Even after closing, he has remained readily available and quick to respond whenever questions come up. Both Nick and Dylan made us feel valued as customers throughout the entire experience. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the process a positive one for our family. We truly could not have asked for a better team to work with and are very grateful for everything they did for us.

  Very nice model home and neighborhood in Westlake. As a KW agent I know Pulte has a great reputation for quality builds and the customers I know are very happy. Nick knows his stuff and makes the process simple- definitely recommend.

  Awhile back I had a nice experience visiting the Hope Pointe Place townhomes in Westlake, OH. The sales rep, Nick Grady gave me an excellent tour of the model home and the development. I was impressed; he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend checking it out.
