  Incredible community to live in! From the welcoming experience with the leasing staff during the initial tour to the professional, prompt management team during living here, you truly cannot get a better experience elsewhere. Jeanine is amazing, the resident events are frequent and enjoyable, the amenities and surrounding community are well maintained, and everything you need is at your fingertips.

  I just recently moved from Crocker and i am genuinely going to miss it. I loved the environment, and the staff members were very reliable. ESPECIALLY the manager, Jeanine. She has such positive energy and if I ever had an issue she made sure it got fixed immediately. Whenever I am in the area I always have to stop in and say hello. If you’re considering living here I highly recommend it

  I would like to express my appreciation for the Crocker Park maintenance department, particularly Steven and Ian. Having lived here for the last four years, I have had multiple interactions with them whenever my apartment required assistance. The maintenance department reliably addresses issues in a timely manner. Steven and Ian have consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness in their work. It is reassuring to have such a dedicated team caring for our community. Thank you for your hard work!!!

  Disappointing experience. They make sure all monies are collected, of course, but they apparently don't have a manager do a final walk through prior to a move in. Dirty bathroom tub/sink, dirty kitchen, floor, rips in carpet (it was clean at least), broken tile in utility room, glass in dishwasher. Old clothing items, dirt, & thick lint behind washer/dryer (only issue resolved right away). Then told a cleaner is available in 5 plus hours & of course maintenance issues will take longer. Told everything will be rectified, however all those things should have been caught & rectified prior to the day of someone's move in. Which obviously is a huge inconvenience (when a tenant is trying to move in). To add insult to injury the "cleaner" arrived & said she was told to look at a few things but to show her because she didn't see anything wrong so show her each issue, which had already been shown/discussed with the leasing agent. After explaining she should have been given instructions already on what to do & the tenant shouldn't have to "prove it" to her. She walked out saying "I'm done, you can just speak to management". Apparently she does what she wants to do so must be the owner of the building (or related). The expectation was that she was coming to clean the rooms discussed, not tell the tenant she didn't see an issue that had already been pointed out & agreed on with the leasing agent. Poor communication from management to her. Seemingly her standards aren't that high. They said they'd call yet another cleaner to see if she could come, at this point its after 6pm and office is closed, and if not it would be next day. Kate tried to help as much as she could. Cleaning issues were resolved next day & everyone was apologetic. Carpet repairs & damaged flooring next on the list. Unorganized, poor communication, & poor management. Next was an unapproved entry by maintenance. No apology provided for that or return emails from anyone, to include the leasing agent & maintenance "supervisor". A concession ended up being offered, which was appreciated, but doesn't change the first impression. Hopefully this is used as a learning experience on how they can do better. Steven in maintenance is very helpful and deserves a promotion!

  I have lived at my fair share of apartments and also worked in leasing for a short period of time. This is a top notch place to live! The leasing staff knows their info very well all the way from the initial tour to maintenance and other building happenings. The Luxor system is always working, the butterfly is great to have, and the property is cleaned routinely and vigorously. If there are any maintenance or interruptions expected, the office always does a great job communicating. Not to mention every single maintenance request I've put in is either solved on time or earlier than I expected which is always a pleasant surprise. The resident events are always planned very well ahead of time and seem to be very inclusive. All of the staff that work in the office are extremely friendly, especially Eileen who was my tour guide! I live in the oldest section of crocker Park and the soundproofing from my neighbors and outside is very good, which is something that is becoming harder and harder to find with today's construction. Linc social is a great place to go if you're a remote worker and looking for a break from your usual scenery or looking to swipe a free coffee ☕. Everybody knows crocker Park has some of the best shops and that is another added bonus of living here (maybe not for your wallet).
