  I have lived at Crocker Park for almost three and a half years. There are certainly up and downs. The building I live in is one of the older, perhaps original, residences and could use some refurbishing. Most of the usual suspects: windows, appliances, trash compactor; though when there is a complaint, the management staff is attentive. The primary problem is noise and traffic. Too many loud cars and motorcycles that are not visiting to patronize shops or restaurants. Seemingly, both CP security and Westlake PD have stopped even trying to mitigate the noise. Speed bumps have been the only attempt to address the problem, but it has only gotten worse in the last year or two. A bright spot has been the maintenance staff. They are always efficient and effective when there is a problem. Special kudos to Steve who is always friendly, attentive and helpful. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the crew for a great job.

  Since we moved into Crocker Patk we have been thoroughly pleased with the entire maintenance team. They are prompt, friendly and get the work done. I have mostly dealt with Steve who is in and out, professional and always plays with my cats. Thank you Steve for being the best!

  My wife and I moved to Crocker Park Living about a year ago. We enjoy living here. The management is excellent and maintenance is outstanding. Of particular note is Steven who always responds to our maintenance requests in a timely, competent, and friendly manner. Everyone, including the residents, are very friendly. You can’t beat the convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping. A well designed community.

  Great place to live. Fantastic services and recreational facility. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Steven is a very friendly and welcoming employee and stands out. Our dog gets excited to see him even from a distance. This is indicative of all the staff. They truly care about you.

  I’m currently a resident and I wish I wasn’t. If you’re considering moving to Crocker Park, please look elsewhere. The apartments aren’t maintained and dirty. They constantly cut corners to save money, which hasn’t paid off for them because they did not do well in their recent inspection. The noise here is ridiculous. Any nice day/evening you’ll be inundated with motorcycles gangs and teenagers cruising in their BMWs. It’s so loud that I can barely open my windows. However, one is broken anyways and after multiple reports they’ve still not fixed it. Parking is a mess. I’ve had someone park in my spot multiple times. The mail room is also a mess. Delivery people can never find it so they leave packages outside which get stolen. It’s such an unpleasant place to live and management really has done nothing to fix it. We’ve talked to them multiple times and nothing has really been done. Many residents talk about how bad it’s gotten and Westlake Police is regularly called. I also know a handle full of neighbors who are moving out because they’ve had enough. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live that’s much better value for your money.
