There is no property manager. Maintenance has entered my home twice without 24 hour notice which is illegal. Appliances constantly breaking down. Their landscaping company will bust the down pipes for your drains and the pipes running in the ground + mulch over your flowers. Potholes everywhere. Any 5 star review you see within the past month or two is because they sent an email out asking residents to leave them a 5 star review for a “competition.” They give vague inspections with unreasonable times that could, or could not happen, over the timeframe of an entire week. They can’t guarantee if you’ll be inspected once or twice, which they imply could happen. They admittedly don’t have information on what these inspections are for. DO NOT RENT HERE. I’m leaving when my lease is up, currently regretting resigning. Edited review to 2 stars because the people that work here are good people, the price is good, and the area is beautiful.

Living here for a few years. It is quiet and peaceful. Kyle is a very caring landlord as well. I do recommend living here.

I am a 15+ year resident of this complex. My heat pump started having issues in September 2025. I was told by maintenance that it needed to be replaced. It cannot cool during the day. I must wait until the sun starts to set. They have acknowledged this and I still don’t have a replacement 9 month later, even though I have asked 5-10 times. Every time it’s a different excuse. Last fall I got the act like they didn’t know any thing was wrong. I was also told to my face that the parts were on back order-this was in October 2025. I sent an official business letter in November asking for this to be addressed. Here is the response: “Firstly, regarding your heat pump, we don't have a single work order. While we did have work orders in for you A/C, we have always come by to do everything we can to assess and get it fixed. If you are having troubles with your heat pump, I will absolutely put a work order in for you. However, we have not denied you these services and will continue to do what we can. “. Recently, I have also been told that they were going to order parts but they have to get information from the vendor. The last time I emailed, I was told “Trust when I say it, we’re on it” this was on 4/20/26. Also the pot holes in the parking lot are large enough and deep enough to cause car and tire damage. Finally be aware of the amount car break-ins is excessive and it happens frequently. Please don’t leave standard a boiler plate response saying “this will be reviewed and we will make note of this” when nothing is going to be done about it.

Kyle is the best POC at Silvertree for issues, he’s actually the shining star of the property in my opinion 🫡. He gets stuff done and thank god he’s still gonna be around to help. Listen to what’s said here closely. I’ve decided to do a 180 due to recent experiences…the biggest problem here is that management seems to think it is okay to leave communication up to AI with regard to important communication and also ignore their responsibility to return people’s calls. I’ve called several times, at least 3, during normal, non-lunchtime business hours this last Friday and Monday as well as emailed them. Nothing…but their AI assistant did auto respond to me about details which unfortunately wasn’t helpful and needed an actual human being to solve the issue since it was rent and lease term-related and the AI is very limited in its breadth and scope of answers it can give. The fact is…if you’re needing help, I wouldn’t expect it in a timeframe that you would normally need it. Or you have to go in physically into the main office I guess to get your issue taken care of…but if someone is in the office usually…why would I have to physically go in? Shouldn’t I be able to reach that person in the office…through the phone?…again idk but that’s what you just have to do I guess since no one answers…I haven’t yet lived at a place that really thought that that was good management practice. But…here we are…if you’re not interested in depending on an AI bot to take care of your important issues when you need a real person to help you, you may want to look elsewhere. Many of the 5 star reviews you see recently are because of a company competition to see which of their properties could get the most 5 star reviews..

I think I’m going on 3-4 years living in Silvertree and if anything, it’s only gotten better with time. It was already great but I truly feel like a part of this community. The staff is incredible and it’s obvious how much they care not only for our homes but they care about the people. I have a remodeled apartment with a beautiful fireplace and granite countertops throughout including on the built in vanity in the master bedroom. The price for rent feels right as well. This is an excellent location. I love being close to Easton and everything I need is within a 1-2 mile radius. The pool is beautiful and it’s kept clean and organized. I have an end unit and rarely hear noise from neighbors. Part of why I wanted to live here is because it’s one floor - no one above or below so noise isn’t generally an issue. Very lucky to have found this place when I did.
