- JCJoe Chinchar3 days ago2.0Wouldn't really recommend at the price due to poor maintence and upkeep. Peacful area, but the laundry room is never ever cleaned, the washer and dryers are nasty, and half the dryers dont actually dry properly so you just waste your time and money. My dishwasher has been broken since January and I am just being told "a new one is on order" while I pay full rent for partial amenities 🤦♂️. Currently have to flush my toilet manually, a mainence request to fix was made a week ago and no ones has shown up. When Ive called about the dish washer, my messages were ignored. I just have "the word" of a maintence worker that once is being ordered. Some of the apartments also face eacother directly so opening the blinds means you can see into someone else's living room, its awkward, there should be a better solution
