  Posting for my boyfriend! He lives here and struggles finding a parking spot that isn’t far from his apartment, even when I come to visit, it’s hard to find a spot. Yeah, he can pay for a preferred spot, but it’s already pricey and his truck was just broken into there. They only have cameras at the clubhouse, none surrounding the complex he was told when he tried to report it. You can also hear everything from your neighbors. The apartments are beautiful, but the lack of cameras and parking honestly sucks.

  My friend lives here and has noisy neighbors, the people in the pool don't respect anything they smoke marijuana there and a lot of people when there was supposed to be a limit of guests? He listens to everything his neighbor does, there is no privacy. Parking is crazy, there are no visitors, people drive fast and have bad habits. Absurdly expensive for the little they offer. A pool, gym and being new does not justify so much disaster. It's just a facade. I don't know how much they are going to solve here but I think I'd better not move here my friend hasn't had a good experience and I who visit have seen several really absurd things. In the office they are cordial but they could put order here, this looks like the ghetto with those people smoking marijuana all the time in common areas and dog shit, what a disaster

  My husband and I (along with our two dogs) have been living here for almost a month now, and we absolutely love it! The community is incredibly dog-friendly, and the amenities are top-notch—including a Starbucks coffee bar, which is such a fun bonus. There is still some construction going on, but it’s farther down and barely noticeable. The construction crew has also been very friendly, which we really appreciate. The apartment interiors are thoughtfully designed, with features like soft-close cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmable hanging lights. We also love the hidden trash cans, bonus beverage fridge, and the ample storage throughout—it really makes a difference in everyday living. Carmella and the entire team, including maintenance, have been wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and truly on top of everything. Carmella especially went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit, and I’m so grateful for her time and care. Overall, we absolutely love living here—it has the perfect balance of luxury and cozy comfort!

  It was a pleasure working with Carmella and others in management. Everything was made clear and the process from doing a tour all the way up to moving in was made easy. Very satisfied!

  My boyfriend and I just signed a lease at the Maison, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The complex is brand new, beautiful units— the quality and features are top-notch. I originally fell in love with the apartments from the pictures online, but it was Carmella who truly made the process outstanding. She was incredibly patient, answering all of my many questions, and even went above and beyond by reaching out to her district manager to clarify some of my more specific questions. Her responsiveness and care made all the difference. I highly recommend the Maison, and especially working with Carmella—she’s a rock star!
