  This is my second month living here, and while the living quarters are a 5/5, the parking situation is a 0.5/5. It makes no sense that paying residents are left scrambling for open spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors often end up with better parking than the tenants who actually pay to live here. For a complex labeled as "luxury," there should, at the very least, be designated resident parking and a separate section strictly for guests. We pay far too much to not have assigned spaces. On a positive note, Melissa from the staff was great, and I have high hopes that management will address these parking issues soon.

  We had a great experience touring Maison. Melissa was very welcoming and helpful, and she took the time to show us around and answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed the community and appreciate how helpful she was throughout the process!

  Have barely had any issues but the few times we have the maintenance staff has been amazing. Especially want to shout out Trent with the emergency maintenance team, he responded immediatly when we reached out past 10pm on a Friday had our issues diagnosed & fixed in not even 10 minutes.

  This place is absolutely beautiful, and the apartments give a good cozy home feeling. Carmella has been so absolutely wonderful throughout my entire process that she needs to be added as part of the amenities !!!! I have been so incredibly nervous looking for an apartment for myself and she has went above and beyond my expectations and has made this process so easy. She has answered all my questions with detail and in a timely manner and has made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, to giving me the tour, and now throughout my application process. I actually felt like this place cared about my inquiries !
