I cannot say enough positive things about Brittany and the new management team at Fairmont Apartments. The difference in the level of communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care has been noticeable from the very beginning. Brittany, the new manager, has been absolutely exceptional. She is approachable, kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain options, and actually follow through—which makes such a difference as a resident. Every interaction I’ve had with her has made me feel valued rather than like just another apartment number. The entire new management team has brought a refreshing energy to the community. They seem genuinely invested in improving the resident experience, building relationships, and making Fairmont a place people are proud to call home. Change in management can sometimes feel uncertain, but this transition has been incredibly positive. Brittany and the team deserve recognition for the work they are doing. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find, and when you encounter people who consistently go above and beyond, it deserves to be acknowledged. I’m genuinely excited to see what this team continues to bring to Fairmont. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Brittany and the entire Fairmont management team!

I have been living here for about a year. It’s my first apartment and I have to say staff has been amazing, friendly, and responsive. I can ask a question and they will respond in a fast fashion. The amenities are great and up to date, the few maintenance requests I have had, have been solved fast, even in the same day! The grounds are nice and so is the dog park! I have a few neighbors I chat with often and became friends with. I definitely recommend others to live here as well!

Outside of a few crazy ladies in the community this place is awesome. Stay away from someone named Jennifer and her crazy friend and you will all good. It's a small property but there's a lot on the grounds to keep you busy year-round. The firepits are probably my favorite place to just sit and relax with some neighbors. It's a bummer I had to move (for work) because I could have definitely stayed longer. Bonus, they actually didn't even increase rent on our renewals, that's unheard of these days. The office staff are super friendly and will help you anyway that they can. Hopefully one day I'll be back!

I’m not even sure where to begin. I invited a few guests to enjoy a cookout, but about 30 minutes into our gathering, we were approached by a property manager, whom I believe is named Christine. She immediately questioned us about not having wristbands and told us we could not remain on the property, even after we explained that a resident was present with the group. Although we acknowledged that we may have misunderstood the pool policy regarding wristbands, we agreed to leave without argument. Despite our cooperation, the situation continued to escalate unnecessarily. Christine called the police and, to my shock, reported that we had physically assaulted her—an allegation that is completely false.Making a false claim of physical violence is an extremely serious matter. Her actions not only created an unnecessarily hostile situation but also could have resulted in far more dangerous consequences, particularly given the circumstances. I felt that we were unfairly targeted and racially profiled, and the entire interaction left me feeling unsafe, humiliated, and unwelcome in the community where I live. I am deeply disappointed that someone who represents the property would handle a situation in such an unprofessional and inflammatory manner. I have enjoyed the clubhouse amenities in the past and have never experienced anything remotely like this. No resident should be made to feel disrespected, falsely accused, or unwelcome in their own home. I respectfully request that this incident be thoroughly investigated, including a review of any available security camera footage and the police report. I also ask that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other resident or guest is subjected to this type of treatment in the future.

Was invited here by my friend who lives in the complex and was rudely kicked out by the property manager, (not sure her name but a middle aged women with blond hair) because she thought we were trespassing. My friend explained multiple times that she was a resident and was given a keycard for the pool area but she kept saying we needed wristbands and that there were too many of us. Furthermore she worsens the situation by calling the police and lying to them claiming we were physically harassing her, even though moments before we agreed to pack up and leave. As we were leaving she also kept making rude and offensive remarks. The way she handled the situation was just outright disrespectful, let alone racist. I've seen plenty of other large groups use the clubhouse/pool area who were much louder and trashy and I have never seen them question or harrrased about needing a wristband. I've always enjoyed the amenities as a guest and even considered moving in here because of house nice the property is, but that is no longer an option now seeing how I was treated. My friend whose lived here for nearly a year now is also considering leaving. Wouldn't recommend to anyone anymore.
