  Maintenance here is super prompt! Honestly I've never had maintenance service like this anywhere else I've lived. Jeremy and David came out the day I called in about my AC not working in this hot summer heat and fixed it pronto. Super grateful for all the maintenance guys over here seriously. Everyone is extremely nice! Edited to add that I'm pretty sure it was Brian and David that came out last time when my dryer wasn't working and they fixed problems with it I didn't even know I had lol Love these guys!

  Brian a guy from maintenance is so nice. I love his work. He makes sure everything he did is working. Also good at communicating. Definitely recommend.

  Last night my AC stopped working at 9:30pm and Jeremy had it working again within an hour of me calling and he was incredibly nice and professional. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful.

  I love living here. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Bryan the matience man is very prompt, kind and fast. The front desk Alex always goes above and beyond while being kind. This apartment also offers frequent community activity and makes you feel like you are really at home.

  Big shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Brian! A few weeks ago, I needed to have my washer replaced. Brian came out promptly, assessed the situation, and made sure I received a replacement within just a few days. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a long-term resident who has lived here through multiple ownership and management changes, I can honestly say that GoldOller has been the best company to take ownership of the property. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the community and ensuring that residents are well taken care of. Thank you to Brian and the entire team for your hard work and dedication—it is truly appreciated. P.S. Any chance I can get a year of free rent? 😂🙃
