  Had a leak after heavy rain. Contacted the office and thankfully David was able to assist us with the issue rather quickly. He was very helpful and answered any question I had. Leak was fixed in a matter of days!

  I love Albany landing and the staff bineta, Shannon, Jeremy, Alex, David and Brian at the club house . The Staff are doing a great job and service . I appreciate what the staff is doing each day to make tenants living very easy going

  To be honest, I was a little annoyed when after just moving in, the washer and dishwasher weren’t working the first time I went to use them. However, the maintenance team Dave and Brian were over promptly and fixed it in no time! Very efficient, helpful and kind. Shoutout to leasing agent Alex as well. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has good storage space. Looking forward to making it a home!

  David on the maintenance team came so quickly to help with a pretty bad issue I was having! He was prompt to contact his supervisor to work towards the complete resolution of the problem I was having! And he kept me in the loop the entire time!

  Had a mold item with them that they ultimately didn't resolve and it cost us a good amount of money to replace everything. I wouldn't deal with this complex at all as they do not care. Also they use PEM as the energy company and they hike their prices compared to AEP. I'm sure I reviewed already in the past but it seems it may have been taken down so beware of the reviews that you see on here. There's plenty of other options on the same road and I wouldn't trust a word Jessica says.
