  I had a great experience touring Indian Lookout Apartments! The community was nice and well-maintained, and the apartments were updated and looked great. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the tour. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend checking out Indian Lookout Apartments!

  Sitting in parking lot after Indian Lookout viewing. Even helped set all up but Courtney very ably took me on my visit and answered my extensive questions. I benefit from visiting SW Ohio all week and seeing the range of offerings from villages (Yellow Spring and Waynesville) to larger complexes managed by local, regional and national management company. First impressions: 1) Courtney is fantastic, C-Suite take notice; 2) probably the largest community I visited. Scale clear (including great common amenities) and extensive upgrades clearly complete. Unit visited was great layout, great condition and a fair price (about average per sq ft) but quality of sq ft here both at unit level and being community member puts them in top tier. Caring people like Courtney a required element and staff here does not disappoint. Worth a visit.
