  My husband and I are in the process of building our second home with Ryan Homes in Winding Creek. Ryan built our first home shortly after we got married, and we lived there for over 12 years. We really loved our first home, but with the addition of our children, we wanted more space. We spent years searching for the right fit, both custom and non-custom, and we were thrilled when Ryan opened the final section in Winding Creek. It checked all our boxes: a home that had plenty of space on the main floor, storage, in a lower tax range, with appealing building materials and options. This decision was not taken lightly, as this is the home our children will grow up in. We are about halfway through the build process and are very happy with our experience so far. Deborah, our sales representative, has been amazing, answering all our questions and guiding us through the entire process. Ian, our project manager, has been phenomenal with communication. We receive weekly updates and pictures of our home's progress. He is quick to respond and always willing to accommodate our requests. We feel lucky to have him as our PM. It has made the process better than before. It truly feels like he cares and is so involved. We’re extremely happy with our decision and the progress of our home so far. We would absolutely recommend THIS Ryan Homes community to anyone.

  So far so good! We're getting married in our early 60's and wanted to build a new home instead of buying an older home that required maintenance and remodeling. We selected Ryan Homes because they met our price point and the Winding Creek development was located in Warren County where we want to retire with lower RE taxes. Also, Winding Creek is super close to Centerville, family and work. Ryan also had a nice 3 car garage ranch option that we sought. I also feel that Ryan has improved their quality focus and materials (flooring, siding, stone, granite countertops, etc). The whole process was clearly explained and Ryan sent training videos detailing all the steps. We got lucky and ended up with the best salesperson ever - Danielle Bayer! She has been wonderful to work with! At this point, we have our first planning meeting coming up. The build starts in February and we expect to close in June.

  We were looking for a new home in the centerville area for the school district and to be closer to work and family. We met with a couple of realtors from the area and we decided to go with Ryan Homes after finding the floor plan that best fit our needs thanks to Linda, our realtor. We should be expecting our home to be finished around mid November. So far our experience has been great! Linda, our realtor, has been awesome to work with. She answered all of our questions and addressed every concern we had. Its nice to have someone pleasant and available to answer any questions helping us through this joyous yet overwhelming process but she definitely made it enjoyable. She helped us navigate through the different options and space in every floor plan. She met with us at one of their communities in Tipp City to see the model home of the plan we liked the most and explained to us the different options and upgrades available. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into a sale which was different than reps from the other builders we spoke with. This is only the first step in our journey and we still have ways to go before we're actually in our new home so I will be updating this review as we move forward but so far it's been great!

  We are active duty military and began the building process days before the COVID19 lockdown. We did not see our new home until the day we closed. While I do not recommend that approach for anyone else, I can recommend Ryan Homes' team because the house is exactly what we hoped for. Melissa, our sales representative, and Zach, our project manager, took extra time to communicate with us; used FaceTime and virtual communications to keep us updated on weekly progress; and always responded to our concerns. There were no surprises on our final walkthrough and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new home and neighborhood. I highly recommend Ryan Homes for your next home-buying choice.
