  I lived here for 6 years my son was sick due to lack of heat in apartment he had pneumonia and the flu then there were mice everywhere they tried to fix the situation but it jus got worse honestly they need to tear it down that first review was a lie smh these apartments need to be torn down I heard mice in the walls to. I had mice roaches and bed bugs while staying here someone was moving out everyday so if u have a weak immune system or have children stay away its unsafe there I've been gone for 3 months

  if you’re looking at this spot because it’s cheap, stop looking at it. impossible to speak to a human being to even give them YOUR MONEY to rent an apartment. been waiting for days to hear back after we were accepted and i’m so glad they didn’t reach back out cause we found somewhere where the pool is clean and open. just shut it down dude.

  This place is terrible. My husband recently fell and broke his hip trying to kill a mouse in his apartment. Today he saw a roach and mice in his apartment. The trash compactor is broken and the area is full of garbage which is probably contributing to the problem. The elevator rarely works. Think twice before renting an apartment in Granada Gardens.

  Really pleased with the changes they've made and hope they keep it up only gave them 3 stars because they haven't looked out for the older tenants and the tenants that have stayed the 10 plus years still having problems with the mice and bed bug issues
