  There automated system is horrible. You can literally hear people in the background talking but then the system claims the team is unavailable. I personally prefer to NOT do all my bookings, applications, etc. through an automated system,l. If this is what I have to go through to schedule a tour, then I can’t imagine what the tenants go through on a daily.

  Nicholas helped me a lot by showing me the property, and he was very informative about the property, upgrades being done. He was a pleasure to work with. I hope to become a new tenant soon.

  Shout out to Ciara Buford she helped me with my application she showed me the apartments I wanted and she let me know that it was a process she was very informative and took her time to explain things when we went over certain information I really appreciated the help and genuine feedback from her.

  Toured the property and was greeted by Kimberly Jerdine, her attitude and demeanor changed my outlook on the property. Thank you for the warm welcome, Grenada has come a long way.

  This place has done a complete 360 since Nicholas has been here! He is doing an amazing job managing the complex and he is extremely helpful and a strong leader ! My grandma lives here and she says that He comes and checks on here periodically and that makes her feel extremely safe ! He always goes above and beyond and exceed expectations! This place is the best !
