  The worst experience i ever had with a leasing team from lower to upper management. They lied for 4 months about the apartment then once i ask for a refund and they said it was finished i recommended you guys not going there mind you i still haven’t got no refund . luckily i didn’t come from out of town i would’ve been stranded with nowhere to go.

  stephon did an amazing job.. he came and actually fixed the issue with the light instead of just marking it completed like the previous maintenance guys did.. he went out his way to ensure it was working properly before leaving the job.. and also addressed other concerns.. Thanks Steph!

  Absolute Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs ​If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Clarkwood Greens Apartments, Gold Oller, and the leasing team on Walford Rd has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. ​I started the application and move-in process back in June 2026. My original move-in date was scheduled for August 1st. Today is October 1st, and I have yet to be moved in—and I haven't even heard from them. ​Throughout these three months, I experienced a complete lack of communication and was given the runaround about unit availability time and time again. I was forced to constantly chase them down just to get basic updates. Because of their delays and disorganization, I was left without a home and forced to bounce between three different hotels for three months. ​While they did eventually refund my money, that completely misses the point: I needed the actual unit. They totally set me back, played me out of a unit, and completely mishandled my housing. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this management team.

  Had a great tour of this apartment community! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Nazaria for being so welcoming, answering all my questions, and making me feel right at home. The apartments and community looked great. Highly recommend! 😊
