  I was only here for 6 months before I had to leave the state, but the reason why I'm giving it 2 stars was that nobody told me that this is not a smoke free community. So, people below me smoked & my whole apartment smelled like cigarette smoke, it got in my clothes and everything. I would leave the apartment and go to work smelling it in my clothes. I first notified the leasing office and they basically told me to get an air purifier and crack open a window. This place isn't bad, it's just wasn't the place for me.

  ⭐️⭐️ Not a great experience. I understand that rent has to be paid, but we are living through some very difficult economic times, and I feel there should be some compassion and flexibility when residents experience temporary financial hardships. River Run gives you a short window to get your rent paid, and if you don’t have it by that deadline, the eviction process can be started immediately. In my situation, my direct deposit was delayed and didn’t hit my account until the day after the deadline. Even though I was late after their dead line and what’s sad the money hit the next day I was so mad because they added an extra 400 in fees , my paperwork had already been sent for eviction. I was extremely upset because sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. On top of that, my car was stolen from the parking garage. I had previously complained about the lighting because a light was out. The garage also hasn’t been kept as clean as it should be, with leaves and debris sitting inside for a long time. During a difficult time, I also felt that the manager’s communication with me was disrespectful and lacked compassion. When I was already dealing with financial hardship and the loss of my vehicle, being told about how he pays his own mortgage was not helpful or appropriate. Everyone’s financial circumstances are different, and residents deserve to be treated with understanding and respect. Hopefully, I’ll be out of here next year. I’m honestly tired of dealing with neighbors constantly pounding and stomping over my head. I’m ready for a quieter and more peaceful place to live.

  We’ve lived at River run over a year and they have always been immensely helpful. Any questions or concerns they are there to answer, and are always prompt when coming to fix things. The crew that works in the office are always so nice, I just cannot say enough about the people that work here. The area is super safe and generally quiet. If you’re looking somewhere to move and have a family this is the place to be in Warren!!

  Although I didn’t sign a lease, I had a great experience with the staff. Susan was kind and able to answer all of my questions and work with me during the application process. I will be back when it’s time for me to move again!

  Move in process was made very easy with Susan’s help. Great lady to work with. He was very helpful and made things come together very fast. Also very responsive and helpful.
